I know my log has been pretty monotonous and boring throughout this season. I am a pretty private person and it’s felt like I’ve had one thing after another to navigate in my process this year and I choose to do so in silence without talking about it lol but I’ll try to be more detailed on here moving forward!

I personally wouldn’t train 4 days in a row if you’re training hard enough,
So I’d break this up with another rest day
Atleast by putting legs A on Wednesday and rest on Thursday if you don’t want to change anything else aroundTBJP Nutrition: Michaela10

Some people develop an allergy after long periods of consumption of the same food. Just switch the source out for a while and then revisit it later sparingly

Just base it on your body composition and training progression/recovery
Start by adding 500 cals and then just assess from thereTBJP Nutrition: Michaela10

If you want to confirm it’s fatigue,
Just take a day off. If body weight comes back down and you get tighter then it was most likely fatigue and that just tells you to manage recovery better
In my opinion you’re not in that lean lean state to even worry about fatigueTBJP Nutrition: Michaela10
