I would suggest adding little amounds of mixed vegetables and fruits each meal. Something like 50 gr vegg and 50 gr fruit each meal. Mixed as in different colors. Maybe mostly low fodmap to avoid gass problems. Like carrots, zucchini, belpepper, spinach, champigons.
This wil bumb up the micro nutriënt intake with added benefits as well. If your body gets everything it needs it wil work, perform, recover, build muscle or lose fat better.
