    I really dislike science being blanket spoken without fully analysing the bigger picture . Fucking nerds on insta are the worst for it

    You have one guy a list of suggest peptides and dosing to run. But for the life of me I can’t find it. There were 5-6 you suggest I think

    The only real way is to run it yourself and see how you feel

    Mots c and ss31 1mg daily in the am in what I will run year round

    Reta Bpc tb500 low dose year round

    Okay that was my thinking. I always go through my plan of action with chatgpt just to see what it will say. It said to cycle bpc,tb500, Reta, motsc. 8-12 week cycles folllowed by an 8-12 week break. It was saying that you want to give your body short burst of anti inflammatory and healing signaling and then stop to allow the body to fully repair itself. Not sure how much merit is in that because I keep seeing guys running these year round with great results. So I’ll just try it myself and see.

    Yup think I saw your post. I was having a talk about this with a friend who was saying he didn’t see much value in these mitochondrial peptides. At least when he trialed them. I brought you up and how you run a peptide stack year round and are seeing the best growth you’ve seen. If anyone is going to notice something it’s going to be you, who has been consistent with training and managing the variables for decades. If you implement something and notice a difference, it’s very unlikely to be placebo at this point with how much data you’ve tracked. Thank you for documenting everything for all of us to see.

    The only time mots c could have an impact on growth is if taken pre workout, take it away from training and it won’t have interference

    Year round with short brakes low doses

    Reta – person dependent, again don’t run year round time off is always smart

    Bpc & tb low doses year round

    When you say low doses for bpc/tb500

    BPC 250-500mcg/day

    TB 2.5-5mg/week

    Motsc I’m seeing at 5-10mg/week split into two injections, but I’ve also seen 500-1000mcg daily dosing

    Havent looked much into SS31

    Offseason cardio is always best Short and intense, ideally away from training my man 🙂

    I train 6x/week push pull legs. I do 20mins on the elliptical at the end of each session cause it fits my schedule. Do you think this will cause issues with growth during a gaining phase? The cardio is steady state.

    7 weeks in 1 off is a reasonable idea, supplement with methyl folate alongside as it can deplete it [/quote]
    Okay that sounds reasonable. Doing 8 week meso so I can just come off during Deload. Can this be taken in am with 3 iu GH and other peptides?

    Current Cycle

    600mg Test E Omega Lab (at 500mg with this brand had me at FT 400)

    2iu HGH Genopharm (just started this 2 weeks ago)

    1-1.65mg Reta (been running this for the last 17 weeks and will continue during gaining phase, just might need to lower dose, but it makes my bloodwork phenomenal)

    0-.5mg Adex (at the moment not running any AI, haven’t seemed to need it)

    10mg Ezetimibe RX (this has been a game changer for my cholesterol levels, which is a genetic thing that runs in my family)

    20mg Telmisartan RX (manage blood pressure)

    60mg Dessicated Thyroid RX (prescribed by my trt doc due to see how I feel with optimized
    Thyroid levels, had noticed a difference since implementing)

    5mg Tadalifil RX (blood pressure/all the other benefits)

    Plan is to run 500-600mg/week starting Jan 1st for 20-30weeks. Then drop dosage down to 250mg for 8 weeks and then start another cycle for 20-30 weeks based on bloodwork.

    Age: 34

    First ever cycle was ostarine back
    When I was 24. Mainly did it thinking it would help me recover faster from a second ankle surgery to get back to playing college soccer. My body responded quick and instead of getting back to soccer I fell in love with training, nutrition, and PEDs. From
    There my second cycle was LGD. Responded even better. At that point i was hooked, but felt I didn’t have the knowledge, money or resources to start taking actual gear. Stuck on the same path for far too long, messing up my hormone levels substantially and ultimately back tracking on progress. Age 28 I started testosterone at 300mg/week. Body responded well and was pretty happy with where my physique was about 1.5 years.

    Then started running into issues with blood pressure, tons of back pain and muscle spasms, thus leading me to lower dose around 100-250mg/week. Which has been my dose for the last 4-5 years. Only this year have I decided to explore higher dosages seeing as I’m 34 and I want to take my body to its limit over the next 10 years while I still have some time.

    As far as PED selection and dosing. Plan is to just stick with Test, GH, and peptides. Possibly masteron/primo. But I’m curious to see how much I can leverage test seeing as I know how my body reacts and they all seem to accrue tissue at about the same rate. I have RX adex on hand if needed and also masteron for estrogen management if needed.

    Dosages this year

    6months at 300-360mg Test E
    Tried growing during this timeframe, but think I was taking too much Adex thus limited progress quite a bit.

    The last 17 weeks I upped dose to 400mg test e/week for a fat loss phase to prep myself for a gaining phase starting Jan 1st. Based on bloodwork I was at 400mg for about 6 weeks, ran into supplier issues and have since been trying to find a properly dosed brand that doesn’t give awful PIP. So over the last 11 weeks I’ve likely been back in that 320-360mg range again based on recent bloods. Kind of annoying, but now I’m curious what a true 500-600mg will allow me to do.

    The dosings I provide in the pictures is simply to track what dose I’m taking with which brand and see what that dose puts me at based on bloods which I’ll be doing monthly at this point. I do know 400mg puts my TT – 3100+ and FT 1000+.
