TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, INCLUDING OUR PRIVACY POLICY, BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE OR APP (the "Site" "app"). BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE/APP, YOU ("USER") AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DISAGREE WITH ANY OF THE FOLLOWING TERMS OR CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS THIS SITE.

5. All information provided is done so on a hypothetical basis, the website owner is not responsible for any injury caused if you choose to follow such information.

6. It is highly recommended that you speak with a doctor/consultant and obtain a full health check before performing any/all exercises mentioned on the site/app.

7. For the avoidance of doubt, you are choosing to use this website entirely at your own risk and the website owner can not be held liable as a result of how you choose to use any information contained within.

8. TrainedbyJP app and/or website is a monthly or yearly subscription service auto renewed on a monthly or yearly basis from day of purchase until you wish to cancel.

9. Subscription is £8.99 per month or £89 per yearly setup as a recurring subscription billed at either monthly or yearly automatically unless you cancel with your payment provider. Once your renewal fee is charged, this is non refundable, if you do not cancel before your renewal date, you are not entitled to a refund as this is a digital product and provides immediate access.

10. Website subscription - you will be charged an initial payment of £8.99 followed by monthly recurring payments of £8.99 or £89 initial payment and £89 per year until you wish to cancel. You can cancel anytime by logging into your PayPal account and cancelling the recurring billing in your profile.

App subscription - you will be charged an initial payment of £8.99 or £88.99 to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase followed by monthly or yearly recurring payments within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period of £8.99 or £88.99 until you wish to cancel. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period in your iTunes account. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your user's Account Settings after purchase. Free trial is not available to previous iTunes members. If you are a previous iTunes member and now want to start the free trial you will need to make payment via PayPal as iTunes does not permit a free trial for previous purchases.

FORUM RULES
We have a few very simple rules here at TrainedbyJP to ensure that all members from the newbie to lifetime lifter can get the most out of our community in a positive manner. Remember, we are here to help and support each other under the guidance and support of the TrainedbyJP team.

1. No spam. All automated messages, advertisements, and links to competitor websites will be deleted immediately.

2. Post in relevant sub-forums only. Messages posted in the wrong topic area will be removed and placed in the correct sub-forum by moderators.

3. Respect other users. No flaming or abusing fellow forum members. Users who continue to post inflammatory, abusive comments will be deleted from the forum after two warnings are issued by moderators.

4. Harassment. No threats or harassment of other users will be tolerated. Any instance of threatening or harassing behavior is grounds for deletion from the forums.

5. Adult content. No profanity or pornography is allowed. Posts containing adult material will be deleted.

6. Bandwidth. All images and signatures must be 1mb or smaller. Posts containing over-sized images will be removed.

7. Illegal content. No re-posting of copyrighted materials or other illegal content is allowed. Any posts containing illegal content or copyrighted materials will be deleted.

8. No selling or promoting the distribution of steroids and drugs through the forums.

Any member found to repeatedly ignore the above may be removed from the website.

AS AN EXPRESS CONDITION TO USING THIS WEBSITE/APP, YOU MUST AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS. IF YOU DISAGREE WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS, YOU MAY NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE, AND ANY PARTICIPATION IN ACTIVITIES MENTIONED ON THIS WEBSITE, MEAN THAT YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS.

Cancellation:

You must cancel your subscription BEFORE the day of the next scheduled payment. You can view your billing information on the "My Account" section. Your account is active from the date of your initial sign up, until you cancel your payment. If you do not cancel your payment, you will be charged. This is non-refundable.

Deleting your account is NOT the same as cancelling the subscription.

Cancelling the Subscription on the Credit Card/Debit Card.

To cancel a subscription, please follow the below steps:

Click on your icon in the right-hand corner of the screen.
Select 'Account'
On the drop down, select 'Cancel Membership'
This will take you to a page to confirm the cancellation – please complete this, by clicking on the link ‘click here to cancel your membership now’
Please keep confirmation of this cancellation.
DO NOT delete your account.
Email straight away to hello@tb-jp.com with your cancellation request. We will check the cancellation has been confirmed.

Cancelling the Subscription with PayPal

To cancel a subscription, please follow the below steps:

Log in to your PayPal account.
Click on your profile in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
Select 'account settings'
Select 'Money, Banks, Cards'
Scroll down to 'Preapproved payments'
Select the merchant’s name that you want to cancel. This will take you to another page.
Under 'Status', click on 'Cancel'.

(PayPal may change or update their site, so the above process is a guide and subject to slight change.)

Cancelling the Subscription with Google Play

To cancel a subscription, please follow the below steps:

Open the Google Play app.
Click on the profile icon in the top right-hand corner.
Select ‘payments & subscriptions’
Enter subscriptions
Select the subscription that you would like to cancel.
Click 'Cancel subscription' and follow the instructions.
Select the merchant's name that you want to cancel. This will take you to another page.
Under 'Status', click on 'Cancel'.

PLEASE NOTE – Uninstalling the app, WILL NOT cancel the subscription.
