    Another good pull session chalked up. Weighed in at 139.7kg this morning so I’m ready to push the food back up on Monday which is very exciting.

    Another vote for save your money and buy real food and whey protein if you require it.

    These RTDs are expensive per serving vs traditional whey.

    Good push session today. I took delivery of a new adjustable cable machine from Mirafit today so got that put together before I started

    High incline bench press 145×6 110×12

    All my pressing is feeling much stronger from a tricep lockout point of view. Excited to see where I can take the pressing in the coming weeks as I push my body weight up. Next week I’ll be adding some log pressing back into the mix with two exposures to the log each week. The key will be to stay on top of my patella tendon prehab to keep it quiet and avoid any flare ups

    Rest day so that means a 24h session fishing.

    Packed all my meals with me so I keep the food consistent so feeling really good.

    The only issue I have when I’m on the bank is I don’t have my CPAP with me. Need to sort myself a big portable power unit for when I’m heavy again.

    I’ll be at the lake till mid morning then it’s back home for my press session.

    What’s your dietary fat intake like? What are your sources of fat.

    Let us know what your currently eating and I’m sure the team can help.

    Supplement wise i’d say you’ve got most bases covered. I have found that a double serving of love heart really made an impact on my cholesterol and LDL:HDL ratios.

    Training on my own today in the barn so had to break out the dumbbell spotter arms for the seated DB Presses, makes things so much easier.

    Physio treatment this morning working on my back and hip then training then massage in the afternoon

    Headed back home today so just the 45mins walk with the dogs to report.

    Coming to the end of my weight loss period and I can’t wait to push back up to morbidly big again. Exciting times but I have at least one more week maybe two to hold off before that.

    One more meal to go for this evening (8 fancy eggs) then off to bed.

    On the road today to watch my training partner compete.

    Travelled up today and watched the show.

    Made sure I had all my meals with me.

    Not much else to report really. I’ll head back home tomorrow and be back in the gym Tuesday

    Really good pull session today. Training on my own so a lot of plates to take on and off but I managed to get some decent sets done. Had to literally dust off the 80kg dumbbells for rows today haha. Shows how long it’s been since I’ve used them.

    310 for 6 on the stiff leg pulls felt comfortable hit the 7 reps as planned. I’ll take 320 next week.

    On the road tomorrow to support my training partner who competes at UKs – same comp I did back in 2014. Meals are all prepped and I’m good to go

    Solid push session today. Tricep felt normal and I managed to progress all my lifts. Still a long way to go but I feel like I am progressing steadily now. A couple more weeks and I’ll be reintroducing the log press in the mix.

    I tend to go with 40g of the EAAs for my intra. I do this in a single hit in 400ml water.

    I’ll then mix 10g creatine in my sustain to drink throughout the session.

    Rest for me today. No fishing either as I was on dog sitting duty.

    Spent the day sorting the bbq area and cleaning the hot tub. Clearing a bit of space ready for a new cold tank – no more wheelie bin hopefully.

    I had some new atlas stones delivered today so I’ll pop over to the farm tomorrow to check them out. Push session is on the cards for tomorrow.

    There are a couple of good banded mobility drills there which should help
