No that’s the polar opposite of what I want I don’t even use caffeine , and smart programming isn’t an argument , it’s a fact.

and if you want to be a good bodybuilder , you don’t want to be trying to scratch an itch .

You do zero caffiene in ur day to day life aswell?

Have u ever dabbled with dmaa?

I have found it very helpful to progress, although it kinda fucks u up outside the gym, makes u angry/emotional

Anything u have tried/utilizied before? I get the argument that with smart programming it in theory shouldnt be needed, but sometimes it just scratches an itch😂

I make it work for anything , I would much rather exercise rotation , it is way way more efficient , as diff moves contribute to being able to sustain progress on other moves , but I literally don’t have the kit in cojos atm , so I make it work ( I have to factor in how strong I am to kit decisions , my specificity for kit selection is a bit extreme )

Ah yes, makes sense. So essentially the risk with single rotation is the hinderance for longterm progression , but im guessing with some fuck you energy its doable to push through the small stalls over time, knowing how hyped up you get before sets😂

I know you have ran a single rotation in cojos, has this worked well for you on higher frequency training aswell or more a ppl type thing?

Just keep hammering away, there are no ques for patience , just make sure your over all programming is correct . Are you currently talking your body weight up ?

Im in a clean up phase so not atm, but when i was pushing it up i gained around 20kg while keeping bf relatively good, sat around 110kg as a 17yr old at 5,10 .

Why i was asking the question was more since i could easily press over 5 plates on the hammer incline press (nothing compared to ur strenth ofc) and progressing it smoothly, but the high inclin smith just didnt want to after getting past 3 plates
