Hey mate, Alpha GPC and huperzine are great nootropics, both found in dial in, but obviously if you want to avoid caffeine you could buy them as single ingredients.
I’d give dial in a go though!!

Pulled well yesterday! The left side trap was still a little off going into the session so I certainly lost a little more upper back tightness than usual on deads which was a little upsetting but still came away with 205×8! At this bodyweight I am happy with that
Today is a big show for my clients, the BNBF Midlands, a very competitive natural bodybuilding federation, we hope to take some wins & qualifications for their finals in October. Pumped!!

167.8 (new low) – Pull
Push was solid yesterday; mostly retained performance but with a few small wins. I need to warm up my traps and upper back more though as they are tight and tired from the weighted vest and I slightly tweaked my left side, fine now but just irritating when trying to stabilise in the session, lesson learnt!
Pull on the cards today, deadlift rotation ?
Also as per predicted the new low this AM, quads were littered with Vascularity last night which is always what I hit around mid 160s !

Legs was quality yesterday, noticed it was a tad harder to retain performance across some moves and I lost one rep on the paused hacks, the pauses are much harder once I dip into the 160s so I may think about a small load drop here soon if needed to maintain a set between 8-10

Good rest day yesterday just got all work boxed off nice and early then chilled, went for a dentist check up, and then watched step brothers with Loz 🙂

Pull was solid yesterday, I knew after posing post WO that there would be a new low coming as I could spot new detail on side leg and glute, we are starting to get into the the stubborn sites now!
Something I think is really important to realise now is that even though the leaner areas will get flatter… they will also get leaner too… leaner than ever, to get the stubborn areas in. Every top level Natural I’ve chatted to who’s got into crazy condition has had to experience a decent chunk of time spent flat. As long as performance holds, I’m happy to stay here. ?

168.8 – Pull
Brilliant push session yesterday, I felt immense up until the gym and then a slight drop off in energy / blood sugars during but these feelings I enjoy because I know the diet is doing it’s thing!
Really solid sleep at the mo despite it being a little broken with toilet trips so I’m gonna drop my fluid intake a little pre bed
Besides that let’s crack on with another day!
