Was meant to have a dentist appointment this morn but couldn’t leave due to snow, but luckily snow has cleared for deadlifts which is all that matters ? nashers can wait!

Being that your a natural competitor do you use slightly less volume in training than some of the enhanced athletes? This is probably highly individual based on your recovery ability but interested to hear your answer. I’ve seen your videos with Kuba and it looks like you do the same set for set. Excited to follow along you journey buddy all the best!

Myself and Kub run very similar volume actually, his strength causes more fatigue so therefore it ends up being about matched 🙂 my arm volume is slightly higher tho ?

I don’t use a multi currently, as my diet is very varied! But I would have it in during time periods where my diet variety drops off a bit

178.4 – Rest Day I pulled 225Ă—7 yesterday on a stiff bar, so that’s a nice all time PB, now settled into the set up at lockdown location… we train 3 days on, 2 off, 1 on, 1 off. It’s not ideal, but we make it work and very grateful for the setup. I’ll take 230 next week, and hit 6, which I know is more than possible. Hope everyone is having a solid week!

Hey Aj when on a de-volume phase do you still aim to progress top sets or stick with a different rep range since you are less fatigued during the session ?

Usually I’ll still allow for progressions to be taken as I like to keep intensity high during a de volume! But it depends how trashed I feel ?

Took 50×9 and 44×14 on low incline dumbbell yesterday and overall just had a quality session. Very happy with how push is moving forwards now!
