May i ask you about exercise selection for different people.
Which Vertical/Horizontal pull is better for certain athlete also Push and Hip hinge etc.
Arms exercises etc.
How do you choose your exercises best for your body and goals.

Assessing this is a matter of trial and error mate, and getting your clients to film their lifts from the start of coaching to identify where they breakdown / where they are weak.
Focusing on things you can get better at without doing things that just DO NOT match your limb length / body structure is key.
This just takes time

9 Weeks Out Update
Morning guys, so today marks 9 weeks out exactly. 63 days if you want to break it down a bit more.
Weight / Body Comp
This week has not been your typical ‘lose 0.5-1lb’ week’ I came up after the high days and have now, 6 days later, pretty much hit my previous baseline bodyweight. However, I’ve definitely stepped forwards condition wise this week, it’s noticeable through my glute / ham and quads. I’ll be taking some pics post workout today & will share a few with you. Happy with the week itself for sure.
Training
Been genuinely a very good week, felt strong in every session, the only slightly off day was Push on Tuesday as we had loads of issues with traffic getting to Normanton so the pre meal went in crazy early & with it being very hot, meant the session felt harder than it maybe should’ve done, but we got after it anyway.
Nutrition
Nothing has changed this week at all, still running the same diet, full on robot mode with food now, don’t even think twice about it.
Expenditure
Still the same 12.5K TD / 15K steps NTD and no cardio.
Introducing yohimbine for the morning walk when Kuba gets me some 🙂 

SleepBeen difficult with the heat and getting attacked by some flies earlier in the week haha, but besides that, it’s been a pretty high quality week, quantity could still be a bit better.
Mindset
Very ready for the next couple of months, regardless of probably not being able to travel to the states this year (which probably will change my plans for next year) I will give it my all to get the pro status at the UK show.
I have less self doubt this year especially after all the time I’ve given this prep (inclusive of the off season) so I feel calm & confident at the moment. My circle helps massively with this.

Hi AJ, hope you’re well.
I’m interested in hearing more about your decision to implement yohimbine/vasoburn. Why have you chosen this route rather than to decrease calories or increase steps (or add cardio)? Is it entirely as an attempt to spot reduce? If so, at what point do you think someone should do this during a prep? Is there a certain level of leanness you’d ‘require’ a client to be before taking this path as opposed to increasing expenditure/decreasing intake? -
