    If you digest well and it’s convenient !
    The most important is stickin to your diet and being accountable.
    If oats is perfect, then it is.
    As well as oats can be convenient, cream of rice also, and you can do 1x oats and 1x cream of rice in case you are tired to eat the same meal
    Do whatever you want and make up feel on track

    I would do bloods natty after 2 rest days from gym to know your basic values
    Then you will need to make bloods to control while using
    And if in case you wanna reduce/stop or whatever, you will need to redo bloods then

    As you always have to look for intensity
    There shouldn’t have light vs heavy work
    Always go for the heaviest you can do while keeping a perfect rom and form, some sets will be 6/10 reps, some 12/20, it will also depend on the muscle imo
    Like others said
    You can adjust volume based on progresses and recovery

    Hey mate
    That’s normal though
    Your belly is not used to eat that much fatty fried sugary foods
    Many people feel a little bit bloated after
    Next time/ take digestive enzymes tbjp at each meal, probiotic fasted also
    And don’t push quantity cause it will just mess your digestion more with that “unknown” foods.
    Those “normal people meals” are very very rich and this is just that you are not used to it anymore.
    It’s not a food in particular, it’s normal.
    Today drink a lot, go to have a walk, and eat clean again to regulate all of this

    Today no fasted cardio, i gonna do my 30min cardio tonight at home
    We are prepping the luggage to leave the house of my father in one hour
    We gonna arrive around 9pm tonight
    No workout this week for me at all, except glutes done on Tuesday, my husband and my coach want me to rest until this sunday.
    Then we start again the routine and after the 1st of January i start the cut ✨

    Hello mate.
    I would advise you to build up your muscle mass on a slow process while keeping a good body composition, with not much fat tissue, basically the biggest you will be, the most tissue you will get to fill up the frame and also loose skin.
    Also to get rid of loose skin; you can do a surgery which can help you to build another chapter and move forward.
    Some bikini I know did this and they are super happy with the results now.
    Some of them did on the belly, lower back, arms and inside of legs, and nowadays techniques are so much better than it was few years ago.
    You can also be mindful to your moisturizarions, hydration, and I know it exists some laser techniques to re-stretch the skin tissues into some aesthetical centers.
    But your loose skin you get is not “dramatic” imo, this is something that is not “ugly” cause the amount of it isn’t huge.
    I don’t see the need of surgery here, I think with glycerin/bi oil everyday and some time and more muscle mass, it will improve the final look.

    Today no fasted cardio
    Plans have changed for the 25th
    We don’t eat this midday lunch so I keep my diet until tonighr, and tonight is the meal for the 24th.
    It’s gonna be chicken and black beans, a meal from venezuela (my step mother is from venezuela).
    I prefer eatinf my diet and free meal tonight : who is hungry the 25th midday? 😂 me never
    We gonna do now the cardio 30min walk in family in the forest.
    And today just enjoy my family ♥️🎄

    I do feel actually in cut all the fibers of the muscles I am working out
    At the opposite than when I got a comfy body fat percentage though where i can just feel a pump or sometimes just mechanic failure
    Being into a better composition and a better place to perform make you have different feelings regarding workout, and also fuel your mind a little more and having more connexion with your muscles.
    That’s what I feel

    Was supposed to be a quick workout but i gave same as usual as I felt able to
    My husband is finishing his workout and take his shower around the gym
