Eat more veggies imo and take Vita D3 k2 from tbjp , I just take the double of the daily dose written on the box 6000iu as I live in Paris also so….
Vitamin C 1gr per day for me seems fine
But as an assisted athlete u def need more supps

Enjoying the frequency if it’s prevent you from progressing is pointless, I would priviledge rest as much as training

If u want to reassure yourself about the progress, why don’t you take measurements of your body ?
Why don’t u judge yourself with your clothes (if they are starting to get tighter on you)
And for your information there are 2 AWFUL STEPS from being lean to growth and growth to lean; there will have some weeks in btw those 2 periods of time when you will look not dry/not big either

There is a deep pathology regarding “being lean” and it’s not often for a man, but this happens.
Some men litterally sabotage their mindset when are a bit fluffier.
And according to what Hilly has said (as he saw your pics) if he says you are still lean, then U ARE. So you need a psychotherapist; and that’s not an insult; I had some myself at some points, not regarding my body or my %fat but regarding the fact of “never being enough as an athlete” and so on : sabotage myself.
The only reason you could loose muscle would be to stay in deficit, loosing performance or having hormonal troubles.If your muscles appear less than before, you will look flatter at some point because you got less raw lines, less insertions, and softer frame / less angulous.
But it has nothing to do with loosing muscle.

Then glutes workout
Been very tired lately as my nights are shit but weirdly today was an incredible workout
Now I am working on my routine creations of posing for my online lessons tomorrow which are mainly about me giving the routine to my posing clients that I have created for them.
I forgot but yesterday I have also corrected all my posing video subscribers
Then just quick meal prep and chill

Did you cur the screens/social medias 1/2h before sleep ? Are you doing any activity at night that increase your imagination /productivity / excitement ?
Try to train at another time in the day
Training at night can help affect your sleep though
If you can’t, just take unwind tbjp posr workout and cut screens at night and also try to make check your sleep into a specialized center
Your sleep is messed up for a reason for sure.
It can be many things even subconscious things
Maybe you don’t feel stressed but your body is

This afternoon one posing lesson online for the routine creation
And i gonna start my luggage for xmas holidays (i go with my husband to my father house) and ofc I will need to pack the supps etc as I just have 24th dinner and 25th lunch as free meal
The rest will be diet as usual and workout
