    Same fasted routine this am

    And also check-in

    60,7kg so 900gr more than the last check-in, except the start of the anavar few days ago, I don’t see any other explanation for the weight going up, cause also condition is better today.

    Attached the pictures of this morning.

    Then I workout glutes and calves, weights still increasing, everything is fine.

    Food shopping this afternoon with my husband.

    And tonight 1h cardio on the treadmill and then chill.

    Today was refeed day so let’s see how is the look tomorrow, we will do another check-in.

    Exactly agree with the comments of the others

    I would increase a bit more than 200kcals just to avoid cravings or weight loss

    I usually do more or less 500kcal increase

    Also at some point we also did straight back to maintenance and increase in reverse from there but the body comp was not the same

    Same fasted routine today

    Full day of work on posing lessons online

    Now doing my 1h cardio in between two classes cause I had one cancellation

    I did a bit of work on posing corrections videos this morning and before the massage I gonna try to do some more.

    Feedback of my coach from yesterday’s check-in : he is really happy !

    * next check-in on Saturday : he wants a refeed day all Saturday and also a check-in on Sunday.

    * he wants me to keep training upper body on friday with my rest day diet, he told me we are good now, upper isn’t massive af.

    * after Saturday he plans to push for condition.

    And obviously he wants a check-in Saturday and Sunday to compare both looks and see how carbs are hitting (water retention/fullness/upper body/ waist bloated-thick-or not)

    We are 9,5 weeks out.

    We are in advance, shape is not fat, I don’t have water retention, just a thicker skin than stage shape.

    Everything is good, except my bed time. I should go to bed way earlier but for some reasons I can’t, but it’s like everything I need to force myself, so from tonight I gonna go to bed maximum at 1am.

    Performance is still increasing, I am not hungry yet, not tired, tendinitis is not hurting (she is sleeping we gonna let her sleep) and no knee or lower back troubles since a while so we hope everything stays equal.

    Protocol obviously stays same :

    2,5UI gh fasted 7/7days

    40mcg clen fasted 7/7days

    5mg anavar 2h before workout 4days/week (lower body workouts days only – monday tuesday thrusday saturday)

    Tell him you are not convinced but that you gonna try 100%, cause he is the coach, so he is supposed to know what it’s the best.

    Express to him your feelings, but also tell him you give him a second chance and you give his new prog a try : but then if it does not work. Leave.

    The voice inside your head which is asking questions is already here for a reason, now give him a chance, cause maybe more volume and so lighter weights will be good for your joints and resistence, for a short moment.

    Hello guys

    Same fasted routine this morning

    And check-in day : 59,8kg so 1,3kg drop in 1 week, and first time since more than a year under 60kg

    Attached the pictures of the check-in and on my instagram I have posted the Reel of it.

    I did not have the feedback yet of my coach.

    This midday I had an esthetical appointment to refill my cheeks, lips, and botox.

    Straight after I tried to train glutes and calves, first two exercise I was totally happy, increasing weights or reps, but at the moment of the hipthrust there were two ladies on it and all the bench to do hipthrust were busy so I waited 10min, I can tell you that I was mad like hell cause they have told me 3 sets left…. lol they were more about 6 and 3 dropset until failure after, so I was really pissed off.

    But that’s life. Good thing: I had more rest so I increased my reps on the hipsthrust πŸ˜†πŸ€£

    Now I am doing my 1h cardio walk on treadmill and tomorrow morning is rest day from gym and full working day, but I gonna wake up very early to correct my posing videos before the day start. Tomorrow evening as it is valentine day, we got a duo massage with my husband 🫢🏼❀️

    Ps: yes it’s hematomas on the ass, I tried a myofascial massage myself and πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

    It’s individual my friend and it should not be compared to someone else.

    Particularly in the sauna which is designed to make you sweat 😎

    I start to sweat after 10min in my sauna but my husband after 60 seconds… it’s body fat, body weight, heat tolerance, metabolism, etc etc related.

    But you can start to worry when you sweat doing litteraly nothing πŸ˜‚

    Today same routine fasted

    Workout of hams today and 1h cardio

    I start feeling weak but I am still not hungry and weights are still increasing at the gym. But i got some headache and vertigos here and there, even still I am eating good.

    I gonna tell that to my coach for the check in tomorrow, it’s surely clen related.

    This afternoon i need to work on my posing video corrections and later tonight I gonna so a sauna and chill. I need to lay down and rest.

    This is very personal for your recovery, so try and check if your response is good.

    My trainer added intensifiers on the exercises on which I cannot increase the weights or reps anymore, he just added one set more (cluster 4+4+4+max) every week on the hipthrust 1x/week for exemple (I got twice the hipthrust per week but he did only on 1 of them) And every week my max increased of one rep at the end of the cluster but nothing on the two first working sets. After few weeks with a perfect recovery, I succeeded to increase the reps on the two first working sets.

    I still have those on few exercises and my recovery is perfect. So it’s very individual, but putting a lot of intensifiers everywhere could lead to a too high volume and make you feel some more fatigue also.

    So try, and check your recovery.

    Then cardio 1h but fasted this time, I really enjoy doing fasted in prep sometimes

    It helps to wake up properly but also to start the day with good positive thoughts

    Today full day of posing lessons online and tonight a bit of work, I have received already some posing videos of my clients for thursday so I gonna advance my job as I did last week.

    No workout today

    Yes get a second opinion and tell the doctor esthetical and functional part is the most important part for you.

    Normal peeps think that if you can walk you will be fine, but for us it’s so much more.

    If the second one tell you the same than the first one, you can even call a doctor from another country to get a feedback from a doctor who is also a body builder, I personnally am from france and I only take medical consultations with doctors who are body builders.
