    Hello guyz,

    Same fasted routine today

    I gonna do my check in today

    Then workout of hams and calves

    Then I got one posing lesson into my studio

    Then 40min of cardio on the treadmill

    And tonight I will start my luggage for the trip in uk 🇬🇧 for the tbjp x shed opening this sunday 🎉

    I will post my check in when it’s done, and when the pictures will be downloaded on my main phone.

    Hello guys

    Today same routine

    Full day of work on the online posing lessons

    Then 40min cardio is done

    I did 15min of my home sauna yesterday evening, it’s crazy good 😂🫣 I never did in prep, I know I am a retard ahah

    But I felt so relaxed, thiner skin and this morning the weight has dropped to 61,9kg

    I have a check-in tomorrow with my coach I will keep you updated ❤️

    I would say omegas, multis, vitamin d3 k2, vitamin C, cure coming, creatine, isolate but even the full range tbjp products wouldnt chock me.

    Hello guys

    Today same fasted routine

    I go to train glutes and calves this morning early to be free this midday and go to Paris for the surprise Birthday of one team mate in the team of my coach

    Then once back at home i will do my cardio 40min and probably a sauna, as the sauna was settle yesterday afternoon and ready to use !! Crazy good item this home sauna 🫠🤌🏽

    Tonight I will have a bit of work I have to do the registration of new clients for February for my service : posing corrections on videos for 4 weeks (at the moment i got 17 girls, so i will do a bit of advertising on social medias to see if more wanna join) but for thos already on the list I will need to send them the informations and paiment links.

    Today same routine

    Then I worked first half of my posing video corrections

    Went to workout hams and calves

    And then I went home to work on the second part of my posing video corrections

    At 7pm I had the recording of the podcast

    I have just finished now so I jumped on my treadmill to do my 40min cardio

    Then I gonna finish my few posing videos corrections again, it almost finished

    I also received today my portable saunaaaa, i got a partnership in USA, who sent me a sauna, so tomorrow I will need to open, settle and record some content and pictures for the brand.

    Tomorrow I also got a presential posing lesson into my studio the afternoon and it’s rest day from the gym. I will need to do food shopping too, maybe the evening.

    I have booked yesterday evening all my trip and hotel and makeup for my USA trip of one month.. gosh 8000€ all included 😂

    I hope not finishing last lol cause this is a bit expensive to loose hard, loosing soft would be ok ahah

    And i still need to pay the three stage videos for the three contests 🤌🏽🤣

    Since my last messages, I’ve started on the 2ktropin, but since my first two injections I’ve got redness at the injection sites on my stomach, which I’m hoping isn’t something brewing!

    I’ve used genxtropin previously with no concerns.

    Can this happen with some growth?

    Anyone else had anything similar from the 2ktropin?

    Hello James, it’s probably one component inside the GH you are allergic to, you are not the only one who had that, someone I know had the same issue with GH of several different brands.
    The only one he did not have that issue with was the COOPER, and trust me he tried aaaaaa lot, and all of them were making him red and warm ping-pong ball (kind of) on the injection site.
    He also change the belly inj site, for the “love handles” next to your lower back to avoid injections into small veins.

    Hello guys

    Today same fasted routine 30min

    And full day of work on my posing lessons online

    Then 40min of cardio

    No workout today as it is rest day from the gym

    And tonight I am doing a bit of administrative work for the French state, declarations and stuff

    Then I will have to book my entire USA travel and I stay in three different cities so it will be a lot of trip and hotel booking

    Will also need to register for those three shows and book makeup and hair and tan

    And then i will have to take care of house stuff, washing machine, clothes and stuff

    Tomorrow is full day of work on posing video corrections, also workout day and also I got an interview in a French podcast at 7pm so all my work has to be done beforehand, I wanna try to avoid working too late at night from now on, cause then I have troubles to fall asleep, it’s been two days I fall alseep at 3am, it cannot continue like this, so I will remove screens at least two hours before going to bed

    Same fasted routine this morning

    I gonna workout glutes this morning and then I have one posing lesson into my studio.

    I have received the feedback of my coach on yesterday’s check-in, he is very happy, he thinks I am not flat, everything is fine, as weight is dropping huge, we keep the same diet obviously and check again on the 15th.

    Soon I will book my travel for 🇺🇸 USA, and I do wonder if I compete in uk the 6 April or not. Let’s see how the prep is going and I will decide later 🫶🏼

    Then I did my check in, 62,5kg so 1,5kg less than last week

    Weight is dropping fast so I feel mega flat but that’s the game,

    Now I gonna workout hams and calves

    And then 40min cardio

    I am still not hungry but I can notice I got less energy overall

    Tonight I will have to go food shopping cause fridge is almost empty

    During a diet phase higher volume and super sets any set extensions is the worst thing anyone can do

    You do not have the fuel to facilitate that kind of work – this is common sense yet so many still make this huge error.

    Diet = lower volume ( may not need to change volume ) but with priority of keeping perfomance in check

    I absolutely think so too, although it didn’t give me as good results outside of diet as when I trained with heavy weights with HIT. However, I feel that I should strive for shorter and more intense workouts of max. 1 hour, not longer ones. The daily cardio is also tiring and I feel that I am a little weaker with the same macros, because I probably burn more.

    Shortening your rest periods does the same you will just be weaker, priority is holding strength in diet I rest even longer between sets to make sure I am fresh to go and attack my sets.[/quote]

    The only goal is to keep performance high, tiredness low, recovery at its best, weights increasing or at least equal than before, and nerves fatigue low

    Hello 👋

    My coaches personally used the HIT on me in the past to make me loose muscle. Ok I was in a cutting phase so I was leaning down, but in the process I lost a lot of muscle…

    Also from my experience :

    Beginning of 2022, I was in cutting phase, eating good amounts of food and training heavy and low volume ! The shape was full and shredded with a food intake pretty decent.

    End of 2022, I tried with another coach, his technic was the opposite : low food, high volume workouts ! Lol

    I let you guess what happened – Nervously very very tired, bad recovery, loosing a lot of muscle, actually all the muscles in fact 😂 The final shape was dry, but I was looking like a skeleton without muscles.

    Agree with Kuba on this point.

    HIT and too high volume workout are a huge mistake in cut.

    EXCEPT for muscle loss/ muscle volume loss purposes……

    I went to workout glutes and calves today, bit sick but nothing crazy so I went to the gym.

    Once back home I have received one of my posing client to my studio for her to choose any clothes she wants from the clothes I was planning to sell.

    Now I am doing my cardio 40min.

    Fever comes at night I have notice, luckily tomorrow is rest day from the gym and full day of posing lessons online.
