  • I agree! This is more of an academic inquiry than a practical one, I actually do not seem to get sleep disruption from Trenbolone at all, I ask because this seems to be a major issue for some of my peers, and I do not know how to advise them.

I would certainly agree that this is the best approach generally speaking. Out of curiosity sir, in any of your clients or peers who use Deca only cycles, have you found GH to retain efficacy in this context? I would think that Jordan is probably the best case study here.

  • I see. Would this imply that if an athlete is using an amount of androgen, such that blood markers are legitimately not skewed whatsoever, that there is essentially no reason to reduce dosage unless forced to for other reasons? Fascinating stuff. I guess I should not be all that surprised, practically speaking, just looking at competition schedules, top pros are never really “off”.

    You can’t detect oxadative stress

You feel it and you only notice it reducing when taking a break

My health is amazing blood work and echo , doesn’t mean I can just stay on cycle indefinitely

Body needs a break from stress of high androgen load, it’s something you feel

Those who don’t do it just get used to feeling like shit it’s new norm[/quote]

What would you say is reasonable ratio of time on vs off over the course of a year?

] Noted! It does seem like a very interesting approach, with potential benefits in regard to anabolism vs more typical approaches. Any obvious cons or considerations that may make one well suited vs not well suited to the approach?

  • Very interesting. What would force someone to remove T3 in the off season due to changes in carbs in bodyweight?

You don’t need to push drugs or food – if weight isn’t moving and he is recomping you are not building an environment that’s going to see true tissue gain happen.

    Small surplus is best
    Controlled rate of gain

    Then diet properly when needed

This approach is the half in half out , works but leaving progress on table for sure

That makes sense, thank you sir.

Honestly no one should need Reta in an offseason for food noise. That imo is a ridiculous thought. Post show / reverse yes but if your meal plan is designed correctly n your serous abt progress food noise should not be an issue.

However there could well be benefit to a very low dose Reta to maintain high insulin sensitivity yes. Jordan has been doing this and is / was very impressed.

I’m just abt to trial it myself and asses.

    250mcg x 3 per week while I taper food / gh / drugs up

250mcg x 4 per week was ample to make big changes to my HBA1C so I’m going to see if this low dose can maintain it while food goes up

My pumps are still nuts with 1mg per week on 250mg test and 100g carbs daily so I don’t see any of the issues you mention being a concern for myself.

The only potential issue will be gastric transit as I already have a slow GIT

Will be very interested in seeing your thoughts! Certainly, I would think that at the low doses being used, the magntiude of the glucaon effect is likely relatively innacous in the bigger picture. I would think that Reta is certainly less catabolic than Metformin for example.

I have noticed most who use Reta / triz do look and feel flatter, you can only eat what you can digest & absorb

They work & can be used extremely effectively

But key is using them in phases not constant and with high dosing.

This strikes me as very interesting. I suppose the obvious question would be to what extent this actually blunts hypertrophic adaptations. One of the questions I would have is whether, say, accepting a small blunting of acute hypertrophic adaptation is acceptable if it massively extends the off-season. Say, by blunting the accretion of adipose tissue. I find it interesting that Triz is generating this effect, as I would have thought it was just the Reta.
