what are your current peptides at the moment? do you plan to add anymore in? -
With your 2-3 working sets do you do a few warm up sets then go straight into it to hit that rep range?

This cut has been brilliant to watch – with 4 days per week training , do you feel then when in a harsh deficit it favours you more in terms of recovery / inflammation?

Hi hilly with your mito stack – is Their any reason why you don’t include ss31? I understand running that along Side mot c & slu can help with any mito disfunction

i had a QQ : the KLOW BLEND, i have seen on line mixing GHKCU with other peptides ruins it? best to take separately, any truth in this? ive personally had no ISSUE with the KLOW blend from proforma -

have ever felt like you were over spinning your mitochondria? if so did u just pull back?
ive read SS31 helps with removed the damaged mitochondria, is that why you run that dose higher then the mot C etc -
