    With your 2-3 working sets do you do a few warm up sets then go straight into it to hit that rep range?

    This cut has been brilliant to watch – with 4 days per week training , do you feel then when in a harsh deficit it favours you more in terms of recovery / inflammation?

    Hi Jo hope your well- with your training overtime when you have gone from more frequency with hitting a body part vs hitting that body part once per week

    Have you noticed much difference?

    Also its pretty interesting you do all your anabolic in one go, (a lot easier) did you ever try splitting your dosages up ? or has it always been this way,?

    Hi hilly with your mito stack – is Their any reason why you don’t include ss31? I understand running that along Side mot c & slu can help with any mito disfunction

    i had a QQ : the KLOW BLEND, i have seen on line mixing GHKCU with other peptides ruins it? best to take separately, any truth in this? ive personally had no ISSUE with the KLOW blend from proforma

    Hi JP, been reading this thread a lot since logging the peps (mito stack)
    have ever felt like you were over spinning your mitochondria? if so did u just pull back?
    ive read SS31 helps with removed the damaged mitochondria, is that why you run that dose higher then the mot C etc

    I had a question on your prep with Patrick, i noticed you didn’t utilize tren/winstrol for the prep, but more so anavar/halo… what was the thought process behind that? personal preference? or something Patrick advised,
