Everything Jordan advises training and nutrition wise is suitable for natural athletes as well as enhanced.
I’ve used a lot of his information and advice to great effect and am currently still natural πŸ™‚

Saw the vid of you pressing those 40s… Upsetting. It is my weakest movement, fortunately I have a somewhat relevant excuse in the form of shoulder surgery but even so, think it’ll be a while before I’m pressing 40s comfortably πŸ™

I saw your story – looked like you were really enjoying those lunges at the end! You ever do them weighted or are they normally just a finisher for you?

Pretty much the standard lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, aloe and greens powder every morning before meal 1.
I also use Project AD Ravenous before each meal.

Everyone has potential if they put the time and effort in.

I would just focus on recovery and eating at maintenance. You won’t lose too much in 4-6 weeks and will gain it back quickly enough once you start back.

Really interesting that you’ll be working with Aceto again – best of luck and fingers crossed for no nasty illnesses this time! Look forward to seeing the end package.

Sas I also see you growing πŸ˜‰ lol
I hope I grow – that’s the plan anyway! Pushing up the food the rest of this year, enjoy the Christmas period, then assess where we’re at beginning of Jan and make some decisions then πŸ™‚

Notice since working with The Vizard that you’ve switched to American measurements. I have no idea what you’re talking about with ozs and cups. Lmao. You’re English lad! Sort it out πŸ˜‰ πŸ˜›

Well if it’s any consolation that session was total dog shit and has put me in a bad mood.
Warm ups fine, soon as I started loading I was like wtf? What weight is this?! Struggled through the sets and missed my rep range and just felt difficult and shit throughout.
I know I haven’t drunk enough water over the weekend and my today I woke up later than I meant to which meant I had 1 or 2 less meals before I trained than I had planned. In the week I’m usually much more organised and have 4 meals before training plus plenty of fluids and it’s a great way to finish the day after work. Need to start being more organised at the weekends too.
Everything still aches from the week so think my recovery isn’t quite where it should be.
A number of factors that all added up to a proper shit session πŸ™ Tomorrow I will make amends.
