Define too much? Some people can have some gastric issues when drinking too much of these drinks, I have in the past. No problems if I don’t go mad though, a can or two max a day.
I know guys like Sas have them every day on prep πŸ™‚

How much water are drinking a day?

I can’t remember the last time I had any cramps. Drink around 5 litres daily. Pink rock salt with every meal

“so I took my t shirt off today – Jordans jaw literally dropped” I believe that is the standard male response when a female takes her top off lol

Glad things are going the right way! Exciting times ahead! πŸ™‚

Matt, with eccentric control and not deadstopping on the floor . I am v powerful off the floor so atm upper back row first then rack pull second .

Understatement of the fucking year hahaha No kidding you’re powerful off the floor! God damn

Love that you buy kit for the gym – serious commitment! What happens if/when you move gyms at all? Do you take all your kit with you or just leave it?
Couple of the guys at my gym bought various bars which have been a great addition πŸ™‚

All I can think of is you doing the Vinnie Jones line from X-Men “I’m the Juggernaut bitch!” haha
Oh and I know that is mildly insulting and that he is NOT the Juggernaut and how he was supposed to be! Deadpool 2 Juggernaut though… yes!

Would suggest that unless you have a good solid amount of muscle already and are fine tuning, likely not necessary to split it. Hopefully @jordanpeters will be able to advise better though πŸ™‚ lol

Tore my labrum also and had surgery back in Jan, only the last couple of months have I been able to back squat “properly”
Got to do some mobility and rehab work, before every session I spend about 20 mins or so doing various exercises to get my shoulder warmed up and stretched out, lats too as my left lat became very tight from the surgery and lack of use. Takes a LOT of time and patience but it will get there.
I’m likely about 85-90% of the way there now, still more work to do but I can just about back squat comfortably again.

Highly recommend the safety bar squat recommendation above, no stress on my shoulder other than the weight through the bar πŸ˜‰ lol This made a big difference to my training and allowed me to keep up my strength when I couldn’t even raise my arm to hold the bar.
Wouldn’t recommend it but you can use the SSB one handed which is what I had to do for a while, need to keep your core braced though and stop the bar swinging about!

I used the big ol bastard pullover machine at Strength Asylum when I was there and loved it! That tore me up!

I can’t seem to get on as well with cables, can’t get the set up right it seems and always hit myself in the head with the damn cable, probably doesn’t help being so tall.
We have a pullover machine in our gym which is pretty decent so I mix between that and DB. With DB it’s all about intent and that old mind muscle connection and trying to keep it out the arms. I can get a great pump from these πŸ™‚

You looked at the sleep stack that @DrDeanStMart put together over at Supplement Needs?

So many, some great exercises above.
Personal favourites are the classic lat pulldown with good execution. Wide grip rack pulls, lats flared and seated rows, single arm.

Any workout is as intense as you make it. It’s easy to coast through a session without pushing yourself, I see people do it all the time lol

No he’s not but not to say I wouldn’t hire his services! lol
Jamie Johal is my current coach.
6 per session, some have 8. There’s also giant sets thrown in which suck balls ????

Varies mate. Follow a program set by my coach. Usually about 6 exercises with 2-4 sets per exercise following various principles and intensity modifiers

I do a PPL split currently and enjoy it. 4 rotations. I train 4 or 5 times a week and martial arts on my “rest days”
