    Never tried it myself but from what I’ve seen, band around top of bicep, slightly higher rep ranges – idea is to get as much blood in as possible I believe?
    Any kind of curl or push down variety

    I did think they were particularly sparkly! Really do love the tshirts – no idea where you get them from but they fit really well and feel super soft and great lol

    Yes a kettle is a gadget! Especially those fancy ones you can get.

    In other news – JP clothing arrived today! ???? (well I collected from depot as missed delivery yesterday or Tues) awesome as always and I became instantly swole when I donned them! Cheers for putting some aside for me 🙂

    Yeah definitely make your own – most weight gainer products are full of crap.
    It’s easy to make 1000cal+ shakes with whey, oats and nut butter.

    Great little update there 🙂 Look forward to seeing what you bring to Prague. You’ll be placing soon no doubt! Should be already in my opinion! Lol

    Could you explain a little the difference between back loading and front loading please?

    @Jordan Peters Can I ask why no giant sets? In my workout rotation from the coach every 4th rotation is giant sets, which I hate by the way but still get it done haha
    I’ve heard some very opposing arguments for and against giant sets :S I’m undecided so far.

    Do RedCon1 distribute from the UK yet? That 20% is a great discount but no good if coming from the states, been stung by those bastards at customs before! lol
