Pahahaha fortunately I don’t have to worry about that any more as I am single as fuck! Not even just a little bit single lmao MUCH better that way, getting better results than ever haha
Yep yes one apparently! Think it stemmed from a back injury I had 4 or 5 years ago from a ladder accident – at time of injury everything was proper fucked on one side and kept spasming and putting me on the floor and a lot of muscle activation kind of switched off to try and protect the area – so I understand it anyway?! So when it came to it all working again one side was lagging behind.
Started doing these hip thrusts – not even with any weight – and it almost instantly helped my back out and perked my glutes up a treat hahaha -

T-Bar row

Pullover – Machine or DB
Rear delt fly – machine or DB

2 x Bicep curl variationor

face pulls
shrugs

I avoided it for bloody ages in part for this reason and because I felt a prat doing it and always thought they were a “girls exercise”… then I HAD to do them as part of my rehab for a lower back injury as I had a lazy glute and omg… mind was blown and realised the importance of them!
I still rarely do them though.. currently not in my program, will definitely include them whenever I decide to start a new plan.

Drop the weight and slow the reps down – see how that feels.
Make sure you’re warmed up properly and try out knee sleeves perhaps – these help me MASSIVELY. Can’t train legs without them!What hack squat is it? Some are just crap π

Glad the back is improving mate – feel your pain there!
A couple of months back I saw a really good chiropractor – had a bad experience with one in the past and thought they were crap but figured I’d give this new guy a go and he was actually fantastic and really managed to help change my mindset to how I thought about my back and managing the pain.

Caffeine is shown to have thermogenic properties, however I drink just to stay awake! haha Plus I just love coffee π
Also I find it helps with some hunger cravings aaaand it helps me poo π So why not?! lmao -
