Decline sucks on my shoulder so I tend to avoid it. Floor presses are decent though, fan of those 🙂

Reverse grip and narrow grip pulldowns will hammer that area of the lat. Just lower the weight slightly and really focus on that activation.

Oh… you’ve gone back to bodybuilding posts. How droll 😉 haha

Saw some of the instastories – look forward to the video! Love Rebecca’s videography, girls got some talent there for sure!

Regarding coaching fees, £110 is a steal for the level of knowledge Corinne possesses. I know people that would spend that in one night out in a club… you’re paying for a month and investing fully in improving yourself. What better way to spend your money?!

You would definitely benefit from it.
Set up 3 or 4 full body workouts and train 1 on 1 off for a good few months before moving to upper/lower split. 🙂

Loads of info in the articles, videos and forums (use the search function!) to help you put a decent plan together.

Yeah you can usually find cheap deals on Amazon but it is a ballache, often shipping from overseas, often underdosed, often filler ingredients.
I’ll stick with the SupplementNeeds stack, I think £40 quid for a 2 month supply is pretty decent, that’s if you use it every night. I only use it now and then, usually leg day, or if I’m feeling particular tired or lethargic and know my sleep isn’t where I need it to be so my stack has stretched much further.

Not only that but the guys on that site are more than helpful. Couldn’t tell you their names but I message them on insta whenever I need anything and they sort me out straight away. 🙂 You can’t go wrong using them.

Bar, Luke has been through that multiple times, scroll back a bit, watch the video – you’ll get the whole background. He’s literally beaten the whole topic to death 10 times over.

Yep agree with jdh – I notice a huge difference when I do it as he described 🙂

And DB pullovers are a great exercise – old school or not – definitely keep them in! Perfect for chest or lats depending on your focus and intent 🙂

    Vans
    Converse
    Lonsdale
    Nike Metcon
    Reebok Nano

If you want to spend more money then Ryderwear or Otomoix

They charge too much for Ritter 🙁 lol

    Andrea, your questions:

    1. Pancakes
    2. Spoon – far more versatile
    3. Brownies

Corinne: heard this questions on TheSizeGame Podcast this morning and thought it was quite a good one, is there one exercise you really hate but you still do it anyway as you know you “need” to?? Be interesting to hear your reply on that given how specific yourself and Jordan are with exercise selection.

    2) Salted Caramel and Chocolate fudge cake and be repeatedly sick and still go back for more ????
    3) Ketchup. Boring old ketchup! I just love that shit haha
