    Try lying and seated hamstring curls along with high and wide position leg press.
    Should definitely feel the connection with those!
    RDLs for me I find are all about the stretch in the hams and then I tend to use my glutes to bring the weight back up. Might be I’m going too heavy! You may be too?

    Ha I can’t even do bobble hats… I’m not really sure what’s up with my head to be honest!!

    You want a mix of both, search the forum for “Full body” and you’ll see a number of previous threads with whole full body rotations laid out for you:)

    I don’t use them at the moment as mobility has improved. They are decent though but I wouldn’t go forking out loads for a pair unless you’re planning on competing in PL if I were you.
    Can pick up some Adipowers fairly cheap

    So I tried this awful shit… how do people drink it? At first I thought, must be the greens powder I’m using and adding it in with. To be fair the greens were awful too (since replaced) but I tried apple cider vinegar on it’s own and nearly chundered… wtf. It’s horrendous.
