Should definitely feel the connection with those!
RDLs for me I find are all about the stretch in the hams and then I tend to use my glutes to bring the weight back up. Might be I’m going too heavy! You may be too? -

I don’t use them at the moment as mobility has improved. They are decent though but I wouldn’t go forking out loads for a pair unless you’re planning on competing in PL if I were you.

So I tried this awful shit… how do people drink it? At first I thought, must be the greens powder I’m using and adding it in with. To be fair the greens were awful too (since replaced) but I tried apple cider vinegar on it’s own and nearly chundered… wtf. It’s horrendous.
