    @MattD Wrong person buddy! Was @Tim Mclaughlin that recommended ISO Surge! However I’ve heard good things about it, a friend of mine uses it and says it’s the best tasting he’s ever had so if you want taste, go for it πŸ™‚

    I wouldn’t binge or make yourself feel sick. I had my first cheat meal in a month last night. Utilise them when needed they’re more a mental tool than anything I think

    Can’t imagine how shitty it must have been but I’m glad you’re a bit more positive about it all now πŸ™‚
    People are flaky as fuck, if you’re doing well they’ll be your best of friends but only the true ones will stick by you when things start turning to shit! Learnt that lesson the hard way myself. Can count on one hand the number of people I would truly call friends who I know would be there no matter what.

    I just spent Tues to Thurs in London, fortunately in the same hotel so didn’t have the issue of changing hotels.
    Took 12 cooked meals up with me, hotel was very accommodating for meal 1, all meals were cooked Monday and put in the fridge, then went in the cool bag to the hotel and and in the fridge there. Took out each days meals each morning and kept them in the bag for the day.
    Had no problems at all. Ate the last one at about half 4 ish in the car on the way home yesterday.
    Also had greek yogurt in the fridge πŸ™‚
    The ice packs had melted after the first day so left them in the fridge overnight and they were cold enough to do the job each day.

    But aye, ready to eat food will do too! Done that before.
