I picked up a “fitness watch” for Β£16.99 from Amazon. It’s done the job nicely, watch, tracks steps, sleep heart rate, stop watch etc and has a phone app to sync to, checked it against my phone a number of times and very similar figures so it seems to be fairly accurate. Good for a guide anyway π Why pay upwards of Β£100 for a step counter? :S
I actually stepped on mine recently by accident (charging it on the floor!) and broke part of the casing, but it still seems to work no problem, plus I can just buy another at less than Β£20. If it was a Fitbit I’d be rather upset! -

They have arm days because they are chiseling away at their physiques and honing them now.
I wouldn’t focus on a regular arm day or your typical full body split for now if you’re still trying to grow. Upper/Lower and Push/Pull/Legs splits focusing on progressive overload will see good results. Lower and Leg sessions put in a few sets of bicep variations.Think of the muscle size and the amount of stimulation in an arm day compared to a larger muscle group. The anabolic response is minimal in comparison. That’s what I’ve gathered and learned from this site anyway and what I seem to be noticing from my own training.

Guys like Sas seem to do alright without squats.
I’ve actually noticed some better growth in my legs since utilising the leg press more instead of squats. Had to stop due to shoulder surgery and not having the mobility to hold the bar in a back squat. Leg press has been my best friend π lol

Saw your instastory leg pump… I’m deleting all of mine, no way I’m EVER getting to that level hahaha crazy man.

That’s a very person specific question mate, only you will know how your lower back feels after a loading session!
Personally I can only do one session a week with lower back loading because my back is shot at the moment. The next 2 or 3 days I’m like a crippled old man! It’s getting better but I’m still cautious and taking it easy.
A friend of mine has no such problems and does crazy shit 3 or 4 times which all look horrendous on his back, he seems alright though! -
Oh yeah that’s a good one π lol

Lol why would you be told it’s stupid? Especially when it quite clearly worked for you guys?! haha
Ah you’re talking about those guys in skinny trackies and stringer vests again aren’t you? hahaha
