Lmao. Fair enough. Sounds like you need a nap 😉
Does seem like everyone is talking about “push pull legs” at the moment, although why they’ve become such popular terms recently when they’ve been around years I don’t know. I feel a douche using those terms now lol

Realised there was typo with BPC-157. Obviously not BCP-157. I don’t know what that is, don’t take it lol

Hope it heals up, keep us updated. If it’s really playing up, I would just let it rest for a good few days to let initial inflammation go down before starting to foam roll etc.
Light cycling is a great idea 🙂

For the mildly stupid (ie: Me). How do you differentiate between a “PUSH” session and a Chest/Delt session?
Look forward to the vid on CBD oil, hearing a lot about this recently and thinking it might be quite beneficial, I am stressed to fuck recently! lol

Hope prep is going well despite being fucked! lol

You’re 19… you have no need for all that. Eat and train like an animal and you’ll grow.

Never damaged my hamstring but have seen a few posts about this.
A lot of people swear by BCP-157 after a couple of weeks once initial swelling and inflammation has gone down.

I also saw an old rehab protocol, wish I could remember where from, someone might be able to enlighten me, but I’ve been using it with some success for my shoulder and used it before for old injuries.
Basically do high volume “pump” sets, no matter what you’re training, go in, do 3 or 4 sets of 20 reps light weight every time on that particular muscle group. Not hitting failure. Get the blood and the nutrients flooding in to the weak/injured muscle. Over the next few weeks adjust weight and reps accordingly as it heals, ie, more load less reps.

Yeah I’m looking forward to the seminar! Also saw over the weekend that Scott Stevenson (Fortitude Training) will be there also doing seminars and a Q&A with JP 🙂

Robbie I found there was a significant difference in cost between the two. But the EAAs I bought were on an offer I believe, even so it was like half the price of Peptopro for 1kg.

    That layout looks spot on.
For full body I believe he recommends not training to failure each time, usually 1-2 reps shy of failure. Once you’re a few months to a year down the line with this split and looking to change to Upper / Lower or PPL then start taking sets to failure.

I think if you’re hitting failure each time for full body you’re going to be fucked pretty quickly lol

Aw come on mate, there’s loads of posts on this, I saw one just yesterday someone had posted with a whole 3 cycle upper/lower split on it that was fantastic! Just search 🙂
There’s also JP’s article on it from a couple of years back that still holds true.
