How bad is the injury? What exactly did you do? I scrolled back and couldn’t see reference to glute injury? Saw left pec and tendon niggle the other day then the leg session where a rib popped. Think I’ve missed it!

Wasn’t having a go. Respect the truth and the no bullshit as always. What surprises me is that he would act in that way knowing who you are, the content you’re putting out and how much of an audience you have. Surely you’d be busting your balls to get the work right? Especially if it’s your own business!

Following for info.
Was this your first cycle Dan?

You had me at “Death sets”….

Whoa harsh review. Shame he hasn’t delivered! You rely on these people and pay good money for a service only for them to not deliver! Imagine it’s very frustrating for you.
The content is still quality as always though 😉 -
My knees are pretty shit, specialist was surprised they’ve never dislocated. I still hit the hack squat no worries. Just stick some knee sleeves on, listen to your body (as cliche as that sounds) and go for it.

Stephen… fuck that haha FT + JP. Nope. lol

Notebook and paper. It’s just so much quicker and easier and saves pissing about on your phone while in the gym. I also find it easier to flick back and forward between days to compare etc.
Also on the FT website, there are free planner/log book sheets for your to print out.

I’ve booked in to see an Oesteopath next Sat to see if they can help. I’ve tried physios, Chiropractors (fuck those guys) and acupuncture to no avail for my back. Shoulder is coming along nicely rehab wise, pretty happy with that so far and definitely progressing.
Back is like 1 step forward 3 step backwards at times. Not sure if peptides would help my back or not, think it’s disc/nerve problems so not sure they would.

Tempting tempting. Cheers pal
