CBD oil seems to be the latest thing at the moment. See a lot of people raving about it and some top athletes advertising on the socials. How are you finding it? What’s it do exactly? Reduce inflammation?
Might pick some up myself to help with my back. Was contemplating going down Dorian’s path and smoking again but don’t really want it to affect day to day activities and focus. -
2nd for that video with smith sissy squats. Would love to see how you do those and will definitely look at putting them in for me. How do they feel on the lower back? I know you’re trying not to load it at the moment?

Amazes me how much of you care what others are doing in the gym. Ok if like Fabian’s post they’re giving you shit for posing then I’d be pissed but for the rest of it, so what? If some douche comes running over saying he was on that bit of equipment, just either out-douche him or be pleasant and be like oh I didn’t realise, lets work in together. Then it makes him look a twat if he says no.
If someone is on their phone on a bit of kit, just ask them if you can jump in. Do it in a way that doesn’t really give much of an option. I’ve never had a problem.
Most of you guys are likely bigger than the ones being “douches” anyway so they’ll likely move for you 😉Or just all stop bitching, let’s all get along and lift some shit! There’s more than one exercise you can do at any given time 😉

Just play with it mate, depends where you’re trying to hit, go by feel.
Typically for low incline I do mine around the 30deg mark (my benches have this marked out, but you don’t need to get a protractor out!)High incline, again by feel, usually one or two pins down. Yes, the higher it is the more delt involvement rather than chest.

So I thought I’d go check out his programs, have seen and heard a lot about John Meadows, all positive. But… $199. For a training program. Surely it cannot be THAT good.
I pay 7 quid a month here, £84 a year (don’t even bother with the 12 month discount) and get fantastic content including all the workout tips, videos and articles. How the fuck is a workout program worth 200 bucks? Not to bad mouth the guy but that’s gotta be one hell of a program surely?@Luke Sandoe , I’d be really interested to hear your views on Gamma Bomb? I read all the info on it and looks great but not $200 great.

Ah shit. Sorry to hear that. I’ve just put my lower back out again… raging. Was supposed to be leg day today, couldn’t get any ROM on squat even with just the bar, couldn’t get in leg press and extensions pulled too much for my usual load so had to drop everything right back. I left in a bad mood ????
Hope you heal up quickly and looking forward to more footage from the new gym 🙂
