    Cut has been going well and im current in my best shape ever so that is fun. Cals have been around 2300 most days. Last week i depleted extra for 3-4 days with 2k cals then filled up on monday. Repeating the same process this week as it yielded good results, then im off to spain for vacation.

    Added ipamorelin a couple weeks ago. Started at 500mcg x2, now up to 500mcg x3. Improved fullness, vascularity, skin texture and recovery.

    Training has been good, cardio is at 5-6 hours a week approx.

    Bw 102kg, still got some kgs to get off

    Chest and shoulders yesterday. New low bw of 100,7kg so increased calories to fill out a bit again before dropping down more.

    Cable front raises ss side lateral machine

    Dumbbell side laterals

    One arm dumbbell rear delt flys

    Reverse flys

    Strength low, probably systemic fatigue from leg day yesterday. Sauna session in the evening.

    One legged leg press with bands

    Smith rdl

    Sissy squats

    Hamstring curl

    Leg extensions

    Abductor/adductor

    Calf raises ss with tibia exercise

    30 mins on the ergo bike later in the evening

    Good sessions. Multiple sets to failure on all exercises except rdls and close to failure on leg press.

    Had a good training session today. Did back and arms, finished off with 30 mins on the ergobike. Went a bit lighter on the back exercises since i had a massage earlier today.

    Movements done

    Seated rows bent forward, lat squeeze

    Seated rows upright, upper back squeeze

    Unilateral cable rows from high pulley

    Smith machine bent over rows

    Reverse flys

    Pushdowns ss cable curls

    Barbell curl max reps with only bar

    Unilateral pushdown ss one arm cable curl

    Hey Oscar! Weight training has not been perfect as i have been feeling a bit ill, but its been better for the past week and a half, so im back on track. I still went after it when sick but strength was down quite a bit.

    Back on the forum to keep a log for myself and track my progress a bit better.

    Currently doing a cut, aiming to get as lean as possible this summer before growing again. Down to 102kg from winter max of 116kg. I wasnt really fat this winter, still had veins on my quads, but dropped a lot of water weight quickly.

    Food

    M1: 5 whole eggs, 2dl rice mill, 2 scoops whey

    M2-3: 350g chicken breast, 225g broccoli, slice of pineapple

    M4: 400g minced beef 5%, tomato pure, rice milk and whey shake

    Depleting with this setup and filling up with potatoes or rice when needed. Also add in a protein bar and banana pwo when needed. Overall low calorie intake as im trying to lean out rather quickly.

    PEDs

    125mg deca and 50mg tren a eod

    Clen in the morning/pre cardio (might be bunk idk)

    Training

    Doing 1hr of cardio 5-6 days a week

    Rotating pull, push, legs as it fits my schedule and fatigue levels

    Long time since ive posted, been busy with my gym.

    Bulk is going to plan, currently weighing between 108-110kg. Calories have been between 5 and 6k.

    Been trying something new cycle wise. Doing a test base for the first time in 5 years, just as an experiment to see how it feels. 25 test, 175 eq and 50 mast eod, 40-50 tbol pwo with 50 anadrol as well added last week. 10-15iu fiasp insulin with large meals. Dropped mast from today since the top of my vial is trashed. Not noticing any sides, but i still prefer nandrolone. Posting some of my weaker shots this time. I have 3 weeks left of this blast before i go off and reduce calories.

    Training split is like this:

    Chest and arms

    Hams, calves and abs

    Back and shoulders

    Off

    Quads and abs

    Arms and calves

    Off

    Chest and shoulders

    Hams, calves and abs

    Back and arms

    Off

    Quads and abs

    Chest, shoulders and calves

    Off

    I have deciced i want to do a show next year if i can get good enough. Front and side poses need alot of work, but the level of competition in norway isnt too high so i think i could do ok.

    I really need a coach for comp prep, never tried to get in proper shape before?

    3 weeks into the bulk. Been eating a little extra here and there since my bodyfat hasnt changed, so it seems like i have some wiggle room. Been getting in 7-8 meals a day.

    Total food intake:

    1kg chicken breast, 250g salmon, 100g pea protein, 70g cheerios, 8 dl rice milk, 1kg sweet potato, 1 whole pineapple, 100g dry rice, 1 banana, 450g spinach/kale/broccoli and 40g sunflower seeds.

    Small treats like oat/rice cakes here and there with some meals.

    Drugs are still the same: 900 deca, 150mg masteron, 25mcg t3 and 50mg anadrol on training days. Cut out the dbol since i got puffy nips.

    Bodyweight has gone from 97,5 to 103 without much change in bf like i said.

    Trained back and arms today. Alternating machine row, pullups, tbar, reverse flys, one arm cabel row, straight bar curls, extended rope pushdowns, dumbbell curls and skullcrushers.

    Do you notice a diff with the mast ontop? I can’t imagine that nandrolone dose has e2 go too high ? Or just trying to really see what is what as you grow by controlling estro more

    Im really gyno and e2 sensitive, so with the added orals i wanted to try running a little masteron just to stay tighter and avoid gyno issues. Also havent done any dht drugs in forever so wanted to mix it up a bit, usually just do deca only ✌️

    2 weeks into the bulk. Weight is up 5kg and conditioning hasnt changed much, just a bit more subq water retention. Added 10mg of dbol along with the 50mg of anadrol pwo, i get a slight boost in mood from it. Diet seems to be working very well, so thats a big positive for me since ive had a fair bit of digestion issues in the past. I seem to be responding well to the lower training volume too, but i need to get a program set up, as ive just been going by feel.

    I find insulin to work great without gh. I use 5 to 10iu depending on meal size and it has a good effect on my physique. More fullness/pump, more effective nutrient shuttling, helps me stay lean on large amounts of food and grow.

    EQ is a very long ester form of boldenone, by the 12 week mark EQ will barely have even kicked in yet.

    For a short 12 week cycle boldenone cypionate would be preferable, but then you’d have to deal with the legendary bold cyp post-injection pain.

    Absolute bullshit, theres no science to back up this claim. Your body starts metabolizing what you inject right away. Yes you may not reach peak blood concentration levels before a few weeks have gone by, but it doesnt take the drug a long time to start working.

    Haha i wasnt trying to be rude or anything, so excuse me if it came across that way, just trying to make my point since people for some reason continue to believe this nonsense?
