What a day!
Some solid training:
Axle Deadlifts 3×6 263/293/305kg
Kroc rows 2×12 per side
Single leg hamstring curls 2×12 per side
Back extension isometric holds 2x60sec
Core workHonestly my deadlift sessions make me feel quite sick every time. The full body usage, horrible eccentrics on accessory work and general loads I’m lifting now smash me 😂
Thank god for Osteo Pro and Cure Coming lol
Got an exciting call up to Europe’s Strongest Man today! Absolutely buzzing, this is a final chance to qualify for World’s Strongest Man 2026! Will be fully dialled for it!
Physio and rest day tomorrow. PT sessions in the morning including my lovely mum.

I used to travel 30-45 mins to a gym daily for the kit, environment and to keep in contact with mates. It ended up nurturing relationships and passions that have stuck with me genuinely for life!
Personally, if I had the time to do so I’d go for it, you never know what it might unlock for your training and life!

Great Monday, busy and productive as always.
Training was solid. 140kg x6 log press complete as a start to my peak. Moved easily.
Followed by hammering incline dumbbells, triceps and shoulder stability work.
Recently been loving the addition of overhead EZ cable extensions for triceps. Insane pump and I think they’ll really help overhead pressing.

I’d potentially look to just remove the EQ and reassess bloodwork in 6 weeks or so and see if E2 comes back up to a better range.

Sundays for me are always a hugely busy one with work; client reviews, programmes and setting up for the coming week.
Personally, feeling very solid and recovered. New recent BW low of 138.0kg today which is positive.
Potentially some competition news next week in which case stuff starts to get exciting!
Big week ahead, feeling very positive.

Hey guys, first post on here as a TBJP athlete. Extremely excited to be a part of the team and be further involved with a brand I so heavily align with (having been an ambassador for ages too). Massive thanks to Corinne and Jordan for the opportunity! I now join Adam Bishop as a fellow strongman athlete on the TBJP team.
To introduce myself properly, I’m Ben Glasscock, a professional level strongman and online/in-person coach of going on 10 years now. I’m based down in Hampshire and work/train fully out of an epic gym called Athlete Movement.
My sights are currently set on furthering myself amongst the best in the world in strongman, regularly competing on the Giants Live circuit, recently finishing 7th in Britain (5th in 2025), competing at the prestigious Royal Albert Hall last summer in London and also qualifying for The Strongest Man on Earth competition via winning the international qualifier in the USA, which sadly – and just my luck – will not be going ahead this year. But onwards we go!
I also run competitions, the biggest one being Hampshire’s Strongest which has grown every single year and helps more people get into strongman/strongwoman at the grassroots level, something I’m really proud of.
TBJP supplements have been part of my pre, intra and post workout routines for years now with my standout favourites being Dial In, Dream Sleep, Cure Coming and Osteo Pro. I’m pretty sure the latter has helped keep my joints in a good way given the relentless stresses they’re under doing strongman events.
I’m hoping to use this log to document training, nutrition and supplement changes as well as competition results and other relevant updates. I’m also a massive coaching/programming/gym nerd so am always happy to discuss things, answer questions and help wherever needed.
My Instagram is @blgstrength for anyone interested and I also regularly post on YouTube under the same handle!
