I do all my Trt shots subQ n have done a couple of years now. 0 issues from pinning 10iu daily for 8-16 week periods.

Many of my clients do this.

I then switch to IM for cycles

    Ok thanks for reply
So if I was looking at doing Trt long term, is subq unsustainable, should I just do IM

What’s the reason for wanting to do sub q and not IM?

I’d just seen good things about it from hilly, I’ve heard about the more steady release. Also sounds a lot easier/less risky doing IM as I’m used to with peps

Esgfitness, EmiliaThompson, Meg Sylvester, Hannah_shephysiqSarah Law, hmm my minds blank, if I come across some today I’ll post for sure, I’m sure the others would chip in!

    Thanks !

Have you actually looked at fixing the root cause instead of just treating the inflammation from what ever the issue is?

Klow will work for sure -Mix 3ml of bas water and then dose 30iu (3 x normal dose) daily into the bicep area.

However if after all this time and use of others I doubt this will make it simple go away.

    therapy work – massage/chiro/osteo/physio etc

    Thanks for your reply 🙂
I do a decent amount of isometric work, the level it is at is actually degradation of the tendon, got an ebook of Stephen low called overcoming gravity which explains how there’s no inflammation in the tendon once it’s been over a sustained period so it’s a struggle to just reduce inflammation as apparently there’s none actually present.

I will definitely give this dosing a go, I’m just at the stage where willing to push the peptides a bit higher

    Again thanks for the reply

I take about 2mg daily before meal 1. I train after meal 1. Feels great. Mood , blood pressure, blood flow , pump etc. don’t heed a lot of its legit stuff. It 100% shouldn’t be giving you issues though. But I take it year round

Do you just use the regular one you can buy online ? I see biolabs have a liquid form wondering if that’s any good

Is it worth it in a gaining phase, can it help performance? Or is it just something you’d use in a deficit. Been thinking about using myself

Yes it is 100% worth using. I use both and take 30 minutes pre bed

What benefits have you noticed on what dose? Thanks

Personally – I would be louder to annoy them even more – but thats just me haha. But in all seriousness, like Clare said, it’s not like you’re screaming in their face, so keep doing your thing and tell em to fuck off.

Thanks for both replies 🙂 just wondering if anyone knew any of the actual science on making noise. Like genuinely some of those reps I feel like I wouldn’t be able to get without making noise.

Testosterone level looks pretty ok to me – its obviously not great as we would always want to be as high as possible but its far from bad and pretty much the normal to what I would expect so see being mid range.

    Increase good fat intake

Add in boron at 9mg daily to try and increase free testosterone

This may just genetically be all your going to get tho

Thanks for the reply, will implement boron. Could you touch on genetics with test? Is it not all lifestyle based, could I just genetically have a lower test? [/quote]

Thanks for your reply. Someone recommended me to use enclo. Just wondering if you have an opinion on me using that

what is the minimum range you would like to see for a natty for test? I see a few different suggestions online
