Like I Said, I don’t recover near as good off cycle as on. I’ve been resting now for a week since my body is all fucked up
than adjust. maybe lower volume. wouldnt change the split.

what is your usually approach in case of cardio during the offseason? do you have any recommendations in case for how often and how long minimum with your athletes? cause i think tobias hahne is doing cardio almost everyday, but i dont.know if fabi is doing any cardio right now ^^ do you have any guidline?

That depends really on the health (markers like hdl or bloodpressure) and performance in gym. So most times i say 100-120min a week, but also can be nothing if these are people who are a lot of time moving in their job. Or also more!

thank you stefan. heard some coaches bring cardio up also in offseason cause they want to give their athletes as much food and nutrition in as possible and give them like a high caloric baseline. think their thought behind this is, do a lot of cardio to lets say have a caloric intake of 6000kcal in offseason and now they have a higher starting point for contest prep. does that make any sense for you or do you think keep calories in offseason lower and implement mor cardio in prep first would be better? i find both ways kind of intresting.[/quote]On the end of the day its never about the maximum of kcal its about the kcaloric balance. If you eat 6000 offseaon but you have to do 60min cardio a day to do that and then you cut i wish you much fun with doing 2 hours in the prep ?

thats a great point of view stefan ^^ so give yourself enough room to easily increase cardio in prep to a amount you can handle. also listened to manuel bauer in Q&A with Tobi that first thing he usually does with his athletes is to increase cardio in prep and cut food when needed, what makes sense. thank you! -

why dont you just start with test only? watch the education section videos and get the most out of the least drugs.

You have a great physique but Any one Serious about making big gains n drastic changes isn’t taking these doses.
Now if your all about being as healthy as possible n using the least to make gains then your lay out looks fine.
It’s a joke for me lately , for the last 20 years a standard first cycle has been 4-500mg test.
Now you have this cult of small coaches n small guys taking a health focused route to attract attention for what ever reason. This is all well n good till there 2-4 years in n complaining they havnt made the gains others have n are saying it’s due to poor quality gear these days.
If a doctor would put n old man on 250mg every 7-10 days to make him normal why would any one wanting to be super consider that dose ?
Again not a pop at all n there is absolutely nothing wrong with wanting to take the least n go slow m steady. It’s all personal opinion n choice ?

Isnt 250mg every 7-10 days too much? cause i often read 100-150mg per week is a normal TRT dose? so 250mg would already be a supra physiological dose isnt it?Just asking, cause i read both dosages :/
