Thanks Nath. GGT was 18 U/L. Bilirubin was 13 umol/L – so potentially i needed more rest away from the gym. Protein intake is high and i do train hard…

Alt is going to be higher from just higher protein intake

GGT is your main liver health marker

ALT is not that relevant as long as other markers are in check

thanks for the reply mate, this is all good information

ALT that high with everything else normal usually points to either the compounds themselves, accumulated stress on the liver, or sometimes muscle damage still lingering even after time off. The fact it dropped from 165 to 118 is a good sign

thanks mate, could potentially be due to the compounds still lingering in then – ill continue to take more time off and retest

Carbs – oats, pasta, rice, bananas, apples . Get a rice cooker and make rice, works out alot cheaper than the packs.

Protein – Try bulk buy your meat, Greek yogurt, depending on what whey protein you get, it can work out pretty cheap per serving.

I’d opt for Retatrutide. I know you say you can manage the food focus , the Reta does way more than just that. I think shutting down food focus has a very calming / mentally positive effect. You’ll know what I mean when you feel it.

As well as , and more importantly for pushing food / peds, Reta will keep you very insulin sensitive, making your body more efficient at utilising food therefore allowing you to gain muscle more efficiently on less food, mitigates fat gain, and helps reduce fatty liver and other health makers including lipids , inflammation and others. Keeping you healthier. Last but got least it will enhance the effects of gh and other peds

It’s a no brainer at the moment for what we do.

To add to that, you can use MOT c or SLU to enhance metabolic which again makes the process more efficient

Thank you so much for this reply mate. All really helpful!

You looked awesome on the Olympia stage also – congrats!
