Some people also find that bananas and dates can cause some bloating, but this is individual. Start back making the food swaps, then it will be process of elimination

Hey buddy,
Is the whey and isolate? I would be looking to take all sweeteners out, swapping oats for cream of rice or another rice based alternative, bagels swap to sourdough, also veggies broccoli can cause bloating, I would look to change all mixed veggies to spinach and then assess from there
The whey is a regular concentrate but i don’t have any issues digesting the whey. I have it in M1 aswell and it sits perfect. Will adjust the other food sources accordingly

And same for veggies : I ate green beans a lot in prep (in france) but when I bought green beans in peak week in usa they bloated me like hell, and they were both green beans, so from one brand to another, many things can change
Thank you Allison, will make the change accordingly

Okay everyone, so i removed the oats from the diet. Feel much better on COR. I kept the bagel in for a few days. Yesterday i had two bagels pre bed. My god today i feel like bullshit. Such crazy gas and stomach sticks out like crazy. I think the bagel fucks everything up like crazy
This could be a gluten intolerance or sensitivity then. Keep paying attention to what you eat and monitor symptoms afterwards, but I would eliminate all gluten and foods that may have come into contact with gluten for now.

Thanks Clare, will eliminate all gluten products and stick with rice based stuff🙏🏻 -

There’s a lot going on in those meals. It could be certain food choices or it could simply be the amount or combination of foods that’s causing the issues. I would simplify these meals down and eliminate the low sugar jams and zero calorie syrups. Try COR, Whey and berries post workout and Oats, Whey, berries and dark chocolate pre bed and see how you get on.
Looking at your other food choices for the rest of the day, peppers, tomatoes, cauliflower and dried fruits can sometimes cause digestive issues for a lot of people. You may find spinach, asparagus, green beans and berries and pineapple far kinder on the stomach.
Thank you Clare

Hey bud so is the whey an isolate? Or a blend?
The first thing I would be looking at pulling out or changing would be…..
Oats – swap for a a rice based alternative
Whey – make sure it’s a high quality isolate or a whole food protein source.
Remove the bagel and potentially the flavour powder as the artificial flavours could be causing some digestive stress.
Anything high fibre could also be causing some issues but the main thing is an elimination diet.
I would be doing this exactly also
I agree with the both above you need to remove 1 food source try an alternative see how you feel then if that doesn’t relieve anything then change something else it’s just a process of elimination
Thank You Kamara

Pumpkin absolutely ruined my guts mate. But there are alot of potential culprits there. You’d just need to remove one at a time and see which eliminates the issues when removed. There may be more than 1 though.

OR : start from zero with the purest diet possible and then start to add back new things
Baseline :
Eggs
White eggs
Meat
Rice
Veggies : spinach asparagus
Fruits : banana blueberries
Cream of rice
Almond butter
Whey (quality whey good compo)
Olive oil
Yeah that would also be an idea if nothing of the above worked

Hello mate, I would potentially explore :
Oats removal/swipe for rice cream
Bagel removal/swipe for normal bread
Broccoli salad pumpkin cauliflower and pepper removal ! Swipe for asparagus/spinach and isolate if it comes from veggies
It also can come from OVER EATING veggies, veggies you cannot abuse
Whey quality check with minimum sweeteners/same for cocoa puffies with sweeteners: be careful
Check your quantity of nuts butter as they slow down digestion so not too much per day
And quark/greek yogurt just try to see also if it does not come from here
Flavor powder removal
Zero syrup removal
Basically I would do first the sweeteners flavor powders syrup removal
Then I would change veggies / quantity of veggies if it keep going
Then I would focus on oats/bagels if it keeps going
And bla bla until the elimination process show the source of gas/bloat
Alright thank you Allison

Thanks Narhan🤝🏻
It’s a blend but i don’t think that’s the issue because i also have some whey in M1 and there is no issues there. -
I’m using the Apple Watch Ultra which is pretty spot on. I can’t see any of the guys recommending this so thought I’d jump in just to vouch 🤝🏼
Cheers Jay, also heard the Apple Watch is very very accurate and would fit in nicely in my Apple Ecosystem🤝🏻
