I have Oura and honestly I probably only use it for step tracking haha but it definitely does the job and it’s accurate

I keep mine in the fridge once opened and will keep it there until all used up (usually a week depending on tub size )!

This is exactly what I do also when I use it
Thanks Marc

Oura ring has been great for me, I’ve had mine 3 years if ever there’s been an issue which is rare they reply fast and even send out a new ring

Yeah that’s also a nice investment

So it sounds like you’re explaining all the reasons why you need a deload. So just do it buddy, take a few days off then come back fresh and use the first week to reset then start to work training back up

Right Michaela, that’s what i did the last few days. Took 3 days off (no Cardio, no Training just 10k steps) bumped cals by 300kcal. Yesterday first session back in the gym + cardio back in place. Felt amazing. I am still beeing careful with training to failure tho, leaving 1-2 reps in the tank. Works like wonders. Cardio is back in place aswell for routine. I feel so grateful and just recovered

I always keep cardio in especially for routine, but pulling it for a few days and total rest for 3 days would be a great shout here just 10k steps….

    Increase cals by 300kcals daily….

then go back to 2 session just half the volume and leave 1-2 reps in the tank.

see if this helps….then report back buddy

Hey Nathan, just done my first session back from deloading for 3 complete days as you said. As of i am doing FB every other day i just left 1-2 reps in the tank, like u suggested. Will do the next session again like this one to ease back in, then go back to 100% again. Feels great to be back.

You see, and you will be freshly back
That’s right, cheers Allison

Around 2-3 months if it’s pasteurised (but you won’t be getting all the bacteria benefits from using pasteurised) and can be kept for several months to a year if unpasteurised/raw.

It needs to be sealed properly and kept refrigerated though.

    Alright cheers Clare.

hello bud – so seems you have put alot of thought into this which is great to see but I would say potentially a little to much at least IMO.

Your thing to grow and are pretty lean if not very lean so your responsive to carbs and food in general and if your not eating enough and letting the body utilise food when it needs it you are going to suffer especially running FB slits.

    Issues for me.

NTD – I dont like loading all the carbs into the last meal at all – your skewing digestion and simply stressing the body when there is no need to. For me personally I would want carbs in the majority of meals if not all meals spread throughout the day. A meal with protein/carbs/fats is simply more anabolic and will bring more to the table than those protein only meals. I would be hard pushed to have just protein in a meal even when dieting into a show.

If its for digestion purposes to help things clear a little from the higher food on TD then I would simply leave meals 1/2 void of carbs and add fats to the meal.

TD – seems silly to load carbs in pre bed on NTD and then have meal 1 with just an apple in – this for me should have a decent hit of carbs in to start fuelling for the day.

Personally I again dont like the huge hit of carbs PWO – yes a larger hit there makes sense but thats a huge hit which for me makes no sense when earlier meals are so light in carbs. Remember when you eat the day before and what you eat during the day is what fuels your workout – Not in the meal right before training –

Thanks sooo much for the input mate. Really appreciate it, took a lot from it!

    I believe either.

Oura ring and whoop strap are the most accurate trackers

    Alright, cheers Hilly 🙂

I have heard the Oura ring is great

Some watches need to be veryyyy tight on the wrist to be accurate though

    I use none personnally

    Yeah right, thanks Allison
