Hi mate
Quick question
E5 – does that mean you alternate between a quadriceps and a hamstring movement session to session?
-
Legs done today, very happy with the session, very productive job done!
All meals sorted for tomorrow, just about to get on with sorting my last meal before sleep.

Hi mate
You definitely need to not fall into a place where you think you can only train well if you have access to a full suite of Prime kit
Look at the philosophy behind the exercise order, see which bits align to your needs, then apply those into building a programme relevant to you. Then apply all of your effort into being consistent in progressing your lifts with uniform execution for session after session after session. Do that with a sensible nutritional plan, and good attention to recovery needs, and you’ll be in a good spot mate.

Upper session this afternoon, and a really good one!
Trained in a different gym today so a few slightly different variations on the movements, but really good ones and a solid set up if I run this again
One meal left tonight and then sleep. Some jobs in the morning and then legs in the afternoon

Very odd, not something that makes much sense
How do you put them on? Can you put a picture on of how you wear them?
Personally would avoid a thumbless grip, not necessary with a dumbbell as you can manipulate the line with a closed grip.

Today is a rest day, which has been good and well needed, although busy at work.
I’ve got one meal left tonight, and my supps are all sorted for tomorrow afternoon’s upper session

Thank you everyone, will get bloods done and take it from there
How is this all going Adam? What did you go with, and how is the training and diet going?
-
Looks like this is all going really well mate, great job,
How’s your nutrition, do you have tht all covered off as you need to?
-
Good leg session this evening concluding 3 sessions on the bounce, and very much grateful of the rest day tomorrow
Did all my pressing without sleeves or wraps, and granted, it wasn’t “heavy”, I was working in the 20-25rep range, it’s the first time in years I’ve been able to start working hard with naked knees.
Just on with food prep now, then last meal, then sleep.

Looks like your adherence to your training is really strong – well done!
How are the other aspects going, probably most notably, eating?
-
Pull session this evening that I’m largely very pleased with, only thing I need to be mindful of is deadlift variation following free row variation – my lower back was blown up to high heaven, so I need to be smarter about what I do there until I’m better conditioned
Just sorting meal prep and last meal of the day, then it’s bed before legs tomorrow and rest on Friday
-
Brilliant push session this evening. Very much enjoying my training at the moment, very grateful my body is playing ball
Just sorting meals out for tomorrow, then on with my last meal and ready for sleep – big pull session tomorrow evening

Hi mate
I’m with Clare here , isolates are usually a really good option, and the excellent news is, you’re getting a phenomenal quality protein as well.
The tbjp ISO Pro is as good as it gets, give that a go mate and hopefully problem solved!

Hi mate
Kuba has given you a better grounding than I will, I guess the bit to throw in is what Co diction your body is in. And by that, I mean more your joints.
I’ve just turned. 40 and reluctant to acknowledge I’m aging, but I can’t get away from the fact that it’s “better” for me to be working in higher rep ranges on leg compounds
So keeping in mind sensible adjustments you might need to make to stick to the core principles we go by.
Keep loving it, and keep living it mate

Happy new year team!
Mondays are a rest day for me, so just been getting things sorted for being back at work tomorrow
I’ve got a push session in the evening which I’m really looking forward to.
I hope you’ve all had a good break and are ready to roll.
