Lots of the TBJP stuff is capsule collections that don’t get repeated, so as Benners says, you then need to rely on picking one up from someone that was fastest finger first.
Keep an eye out for the newest drops, they’re always pre announced!

Merry Christmas gang.
Rested today, and it really has been a rest day.
I’ve had a good few naps, eaten well, and generally catching up on some rest from a busy year.
At the gym tomorrow, feel nicely rested and very ready.
Pull session incoming

Hi mate,
Strongly urge you not to push through this without getting to the bottom of it.
I spent a lot of years working around things and ended up burying my shoulders – not a good move.
Have someone assess your movement quality and have someone take a look at your shoulder issues mate.

Rest day today guys and a huge amount of travel
I’m well fed and ready to sleep – merry Christmas

Hi mate, in addition to the points covered, be mindful of where your training is
If you train late in the evening, you will likely want some carbs to replenish glycogen stores. Or, if you are training early morning, you will most likely want pre-bed carbs to fuel your early session.

Really pleased with legs today. Zero weight used in relative terms, but my knees felt genuinely a lot lot better which gives me a good bit of hope going forwards
I need to be patient cranking the weight as it’s been a long time since I’ve shifted anything actually heavy, and I definitely don’t need an injury. But if I can progress now week on week and actually get after it, I’m going to be very happy
About to get my last meal and then sleep. Couple of days rest now and then at it from Friday

Upper session tonight, as good as it’s been, so happy enough for now
Lower tomorrow which is more of a test with the knees, but feels like I’m making progress session on session since the ostinil jabs
Just sorting food prep both for tomorrow and my last meal tonight, then it’s sleep time
Short day tomorrow and then it’s some time off work for a proper shut down

Totally with Clare here mate, if pasta sits well with you, and it’s palatable, feel able to include it in your diet!

Legs today, and I think a little bit of progress with the knees
Keeping everything on the 20 reps and up range for the next few sessions, then, as they settle, hope to be able to work 12-20
Wednesday and Thursday off this week so going straight through with another upper/lower round tomorrow and Tuesday
Two meals to go this evening, then sleep time

Hi mate
On your first question, I don’t see an issue, three sessions should be plenty.
On the second, it’s an issue if you are frequently missing movements you have planned to do, and therefore dropping programmed volume/stimulus for various bodyparts
Finally, agree with Benners, the two things are not the same. You also can’t compare upper/lower to FB if you’re not executing the FB sessions.
Either split will serve you really well. If FB is genuinely not feasible, but a true upper/lower is, make the switch.

Today was upper which was decent. Pretty happy with all of it today
Legs tomorrow, keen to see if the ostinil has had any further impact
About to hit my last meal, then sleep for me

Hi mate
Just here echoing Nath and Hilly – some great advice there.

Rest day today. Nice meal out with the gang for lunch
Got some heavy water issues with my ankles, not ideal. Looking to get my bloods done at the first opportunity in the new year
About to get my last meal, then sleep
Upper day tomorrow

Leg session tonight
I think I’m in a better spot post ostinil jabs
It’s a bit of an unknown at the moment as I very intentionally went a good bit lighter and higher rep to ease in
Rest day tomorrow, then 4 days on the bounce to account for the closure days over Christmas
About to get my last meal and then I’ll sleep
