Hi Jorge
You could try
M – Train
T – Train
W – Rest
T – Train
F – Rest
S – Train
S – RestSee if the splitting of the days later in the week helps refresh you.
If not, I personally would look to move at that point to a PPL

I’m with everyone else here mate, pick a style that you enjoy and get on well with
The absence of forcing food and body weight will be good for you from a long term health perspective.

Really good leg session this evening. Really happy with this set up
Prone leg curl

Split squats
Glute/ham hypersKnees have behaved nicely again so I’m really hopeful that’s me clear to get moving on this
Just one meal left now to eat this evening, and then a good sleep
Push session tomorrow

Agree with Bish here mate.
So many people manage to get this wrong. Are you confident you know how you’re using straps?

Hi mate
Do you find the movement good on your biceps? Do you feel the movement well?
Have you tried a DB variation on the preacher pad?
-
Agree mate
There are many ways to set your diet up, there’s no blanket rule that says no carbs in meal 1.
If you want a sounding board, by all means share your proposed fort here and we can take a look and give feedback.

Hi mate
As the gang have said, really good options in the educational videos, and Jord’s more recent YouTube series.
Please do come back with any questions once you’ve watched the videos, and we can happily help.

Well I didn’t do the early session.
I was up, but it would have been awful, and I’d rather not train at all than have an awful session.
I’ll hopefully get in tomorrow evening instead
Resting up now, one big feed left this evening

Me too mate, Join In has been genuinely brilliant for me.
Excited for you to try it, it’s made a genuine difference to me

Travelled back from the expo this morning with a team decision not to go in for day two
Had a good train ride and then rolled straight into the gym for a leg session
One of the best I’ve had in years. Excellent movement selection, and that bit of extra spice having spent the day before with the team. Nothing like being around people that are laser focussed and crushing their goals to get you firing
I hate training early, but I have no choice tomorrow, so it’s a very early start and a push session for me
One meal left, food prep is done.
Weekend complete.
