Armssssssss
Brilliant little session today. Absolutely flew through.
I’ve always faffed around with arm training, very rarely done any consistently, so really pleased to find some movements I really feel
Just sorted all my food and Supp prep. I’m travelling for the next two days so an extra rest day, then in for push on Saturday
One meal left tonight , then sleep before a long drive

Hi mate
Agree with the gang here, 5 and upwards for me.
Looking at the latest schedule you’ve suggested, I imagine you would be in bed for c21:00 so looks like it would work nicely
Assuming you are training at 14:00, you could benefit from a serving of MPSMax on starting your session.

Legs dusted
Really really good session tonight. Very happy with my knees at the moment, they’re really playing ball.
Quad feels good now after the pull a couple of sessions back, so next time out I will reintroduce the squat variation.
All food and supps sorted for tomorrow, just sinking my last meal and then sleep time

Hi mate
As you’ve rightly identified, water is pulled into the muscle cells, not held subconsciously.
Don’t let this be a factor, it is a supplement to be used year round.
Great addition to your arsenal.

Rest day today and just got finished up sorting my meals and supps for tomorrow
Just about to tuck into my last meal, then it’s bed for me
Leg session tomorrow evening, so want to be well rested.

Hi mate
There’s the one that Fouad shouts about on his podcast. He seems to rate that company and they are servicing him in Canada

Not long now until the new drop guys.
Date will be announced soon but coming this month so the wait is nearly over!

Strong back session today. Everything crept up nicely in reps and/or weight.
I did mess one thing up in trying my toes on the Eleiko open bar. I won’t be doing that again, definitely wasn’t the movement I’d hoped for (great bar for other things though!)
Resting tomorrow and then legs on Tuesday.
It’s then a forced deload for me with three days off
Returning from that it’s big push time!
Two meals left today, food prep done for tomorrow. All on track!

Rally good push session today
Push is going really well at the moment, I’ve found movements that aren’t upsetting my shoulders, and as a result, strength is coming back week on week.
I’m incorporating hangs to help keep my shoulders in one bit and along with the TBJP supps JoinIn and CureComing, it’s having an impact.
Pull session on the cards for tomorrow, then a very badly disrupted week to to navigate next week.

Hi mate
The thing that jumped out at me immediately was that protein looks on the low side in your meals.
Any particular reason for that approach?

Leg session this evening, and strength is nicely on the up!
Prone leg curl
Leg press
Open bar RDL
Bent knee ham hyper
Standing calf
Seated calfQuad behaved very well indeed, so I will bring back a squat variation next leg session out
Just getting on with my last meal, then I am very looking forward to my bed!

Hi mate,
I’m with the gang here.
Keep pushing on, make the most of the period of progress!
Oscar is right with the point around the recovery variables. Are they checked off? Be honest with yourself, could you be doing any of them better?

Nicely recharged and ready to rock today, had a really good arm session
Cable hammer curls
Cable low stirrup curls
Cable high stirrup curlsRolling cable ext
Overhead rope ext

I’ll reintroduce leg press and see how the quad is feeling but will leave the squat variation regardless for another week .

Hi mate
Absolutely aligned with Clare here. Either a few additional rest days, or work with a few reps in reserve. It’s obviously hard to pinpoint that, but I’d probably try to aim for 3ish on compounds and 2ish on isolations
