Hi mate,
Really difficult one, as it’s hard to argue against a “known”, but it sounds like your life circumstances are making it challenging to adhere to a consistent run at the moment.
I like Kiera’s suggestion of having some focus movements that you hold yourself accountable to, but then allow some flexibility to the accessories.
I personally would still group these into buckets and select “x” number of “like” movements per session.

Rest day today
Got all my food prep done and just waiting on my last meal
Upper session tomorrow and then away with work on Tuesday so a bit of a reshuffled training week this week.
Massive weekend for the TBJP team, really well done to the gang

Agree, horrible horrible hack squat machine.
Also agree that if you are going to push on with it, that you should reset your numbers and look to progress from that point
-
Another good leg session today. I had to take a step and let me knees have a rest for a bit (I definitely need these ostenil injections!)
I’ll rest tomorrow, then a push focussed upper on Monday.
VERY excited for the line up tonight now it’s been re worked!

Hi mate
Agree with Clare here.
You’ve said yourself you think you have room to get more out of the full body, so run with that suggested three day split until you think you’ve got what you can from it mate

Upper session dusted
Heavy rack rows as the main movement today. Well, I tried to go heavy for the rep range, I was working on 8’s today
Another leg session tomorrow which I’m excited for, then a rest day on Sunday
Bit of chill, then my last feed

Hi Alfie,
I do always find flavouring questions a bit odd as it’s so person dependent.
I will echo what Jord has said though, I have tried I think all of the TBJP flavours, and enjoyed every single one
I personally stick with vanilla more often than not just because of the versatility, but try a few and see what you enjoy most

Leg day!!
Good session today. My knees have been a little less cooperative of late so was happy that they were on message today and did as they were asked!
Just on with food prep and then last meal, sleep, and upper tomorrow

My answer will sound very simplistic, but it’s a practical fix for a lot of things that people do
“Stop doing it”

Resting today after a good two sessions to start the week
Food prep is sorted and last meal is about to go down. More sleep needed so straight to bed after my feed

Very much with Clare on the feeding and hydrating message, and good advice from both Clare and Bish on the training front.
Follow this and you won’t go far wrong mate
