Really nice. I’m normally something less sweet but wanted to try it and it’s genuinely very good.

    Hi mate

Clare and Louis have pretty much covered it, but I would just add, how is performance across other lifts? Presses but also unrelated movements, pull or leg focussed?

    Pull day today gang!

    Upper back barbell row
    Chest supported SA DB row
    Pull-ups
    Barbell row
    Seated DB curl

I’ll rest tomorrow and go again on Sunday ??

Personally I would take this opportunity to get a rest period in

You want to be hitting this 16week period fresh and hard.

Take the chance to get yourself on point and ready to roll both physically and mentally

I’d agree with Kamara, I don’t think this applies to everyone at all, it’s a bit broad brush when it’s hard to even define who is a bodybuilder.

It definitely does weird things to a lot of people though, so if this calmness is the case, it’s nice to see a positive personality characteristic come from it

    I like Oscar’s mate. That’s what I’d do.

Push today. Shoulders holding up just fine, but now maxed out on the DBs so just going to have to do rep work – probably a good thing for my shoulders tbh

    DB L. Raise
    Band Flyes
    Incline DB Press
    Tricep push-ups
    Kennellys

Rest again tomorrow, then a pull session on Friday ??

Certainly sounds like your preferred option is the hack mate. There’s no right or wrong here, it’s just about “bang for your buck” and a leg press is typically more versatile.

Both great additions mate so money well spent either way

Rest today guys, again, knees feeling surprisingly good which is happy. Box squats definitely helping out in that

Push session tomorrow, so rest and food this evening

What you’re describing is an assault bike. For me, I’d be looking at the Rogue Echo which will be bang on your budget I think

Agreed with the gang mate. Purely for variety of options, in a home set up, a leg press will give you more value for money. Great investment

Legs today which is my biggest issue at the moment with limited kit

Continued as of last session – band close stance squat, box squats and lunges.

This is the one session I’m really looking forward to having some more kit around. I’m too busy up for this to be anything like it should be

Rest tomorrow and then into Push

    Hi mate

Yes, sadly current situation just doesn’t allow me to maximise it, but as we get to some level of “normal” I’ll very likely employ again

I think for you, if it’s well programmed, you’re consistent, and you can recover, it’s a good thing to try!

Keep me posted with how it goes mate
