Whey protein is a fantastic supplement when you can’t eat a solid meal.
It is not as good as eating fish / chicken / steak etc.
Does this mean you shouldn’t use it ? Of course not but use it as it’s intended as a supplement

Why isn’t whey as good as fish/chicken/steak?[/quote]
It lacks the vitamins n minerals meat n fish does
    Lacks the important fats
Lacks the processes caused within the body digesting food does.
Is utilised 2 quickly in general

Leg session today gang. Two main things to report

    1) Had multiple liquid CoR meals today and digestion has been excellent so really happy with that and hopefully helps some of you if you’re in a rush

    2) Used a belt for the first time in a long time. Just a fabric one which is too big so was t very tight but still felt weird ha OMG abdominal compression

I’m likely going to get a new one, will probably try a 10mm Pioneer, but if anyone helps has suggestions, please share your thoughts!!

It’s a really good question, and by far the best way is for you to be there with him. I had exactly the same with a guy I help. He thought he’d reached the end of a leg press set. The next set, I supervised, he got 9 extra reps. That first set was essentially pointless. Zero stimulating/effective reps.

If you can’t be with him, I really like the suggestion of getting him to film sets for you. Not only will you be able to tell him how far away he is, he’ll be able to see when he watches that next to a Jordan, or Corinne, or Kuba etc… set

Visual tools can be very powerful!

    Hi mate

Agree with a lot of what’s been said.

I think Jimmy highlights one really pertinent points. Don’t be a hero if it hurts, it won’t end well. And work closely with your practitioner.

The good news is there are plenty of options, you’ll just need to be creative and strategic in your thinking.

There might still be options for erector stimulation through BW hypers (again, MIGHT is the key word, work it through with your practitioner).

A reverse hyper might also be a great option as a hip extension movement. You guessed it, MIGHT!!

Resting today guys. Big pull session coming tomorrow

Tried the new CoR, genuinely really impressed. I was previously a ground rice user, but immediately converted

Definitely agreed with Oscars comments – I’ve discussed this so many times about how it takes years and years to build up your ability to train hard.
Best advice for getting better at that, is simply try and train with people that can train harder than you ????

    THIS!!

Train with people that will be bluntly honest with you, will push those extras out of you. Once you’ve felt it, you’ll know where to find it

Excellent movement mate and definitely has hypertrophy application

Eliminate the momentum by controlling the eccentric and taking it from a near stop at the bottom
