Hi mate
Consider swapping a movement out when progress is no longer being made
You can usually keep progression going for longer with mini rotations via multiple variations of each session. For example, you might have upper a & upper b. You could then have 3 variations of each, structured the same with like for like alternatives

Hi!! I do love rp and cluster training and to believe it or not I was following the same principles before I discovered this wonderful page. When I saw your video on cluster I was really pleased.
Question. Why do you want to manipulate the load in the second cluster to go from 2RIR to 1RIR? Could not you simply leave the same weight and maybe do one more round ?Hi Luca
Leaving the load the same may result in going from 2 to 1 rir. It will depend on the movement

Hi mate
Definitely don’t take 3-4 weeks out of your structure to arse about with something you don’t deem optimal.
De-load as needed

I’m with Joe, 5-6 on the bounce is not sustainable if you’re spanking your sessions

I think it depends where you are in your development and training age

Rested today. Much needed. Looking forward to a good sleep and then a big session tomorrow

Conventional or snatch Grip RDL
DB or trap bar RDL
Machine variations
GHR

Pull day
No lower back loading (well, nothing hard)
Seated stirrup face pull
Prone Row – Swiss bar
Low Pulley row
Pull down
Seated dB curl -
It can definitely be effective, but I’m going to give the predictable answer…. “it depends” on A LOT

Leg dayyyyyyyyy
As with everything at the moment, very basic structure
Went multiple sets of
Leg Ext (rest pause)
Hack (straight sets)
Leg press (straight sets)
Lunges (straight sets)
GHR (straight sets) -
I like Oscar’s suggestion of having a chest priority and delt priority push session split
Other than that it might just be time to rotate movements, sadly it’s unlikely that we can linearly progress indefinitely without a stimulus change

Keep the log book moving mate and chances are you’re doing something right!

I had my second push session today
This is where it gets frustrating as the orders are very minimal load through the shoulders, ideally next to nothing
No in essence this is not much more than a tricep session. Not much fun, not exciting, but doing as I’m told for once, it can’t get any worse!
