Awesome! I saw your post on instagram other day. Looking huuuuuugeee AF. Are you planning to compete in bodybuilding soon?

No mate. I’m an ultimate realist and angles can do wonderful things for Instagram.

I’m not someone that would take much pleasure in competing to take part in anything. It’s win or nothing for me (that doesn’t mean I feel everyone should be motivated that way at all) so I’m just cracking on. Appreciate the comment though mate

Agreed, the success of the programme depends on a lot

How the training programme is put together
    Movement execution
    Training intensity
    Energy balance/diet
    Sleep
    Supplements

Be sure you make good decisions that steer and progress you towards your goals

Rest day today folks. Had to be in London with work which I always find tiring.

Looking forward to tearing some legs up tomorrow

Very much with Kuba and James on this one. LOTS of water.

1litre for every 35-50g according to Dr Dean who very helpfully pointed me the right way with this

Ok, first session back after a couple of days off recovering from “man flu”

I had my push session, which went as follows…. (I’ll only bother including weights for free weight movements)

    Decline bench – up to 8 x 190
Inc DB (nearly broke my face) up to 8 x 75’s

    Tricep pushdown

    Clusters

    Cuff lateral raise
    Cable rear delt

Did 40-60 seconds of hanging between each set of presses

When is it time for a lifting belt?

When not wearing one is the limiting factor

Do you have to train on fixed days mate? Or can you be flexible when your rest days are?

    Leg. Day!

Straight sets on hams & calves, clusters on Quads

    Prone leg curl
    GHR

    Toe Press

    ———-

    Hack squat
    Leg extensions

Very much struggling to breathe with what appears to be some kind of upper respiratory tract infection, but got it done

Also, happily, I was right (it seems) in the pump product being the cause of some gut discomfort – it’s gone

I was never a fan of sleeves but am genuinely impressed with the SBDs

They offer Little in the way of rebound but keep the joints feeling young!
