Agree. Definitely don’t move triceps if you’re on consecutive days.

Upper day, two thirds successful, one third a mess

Absolutely desperate for some pressing options that I can progress, as soon as I start applying load, the ones I have fall apart

With that said, I’m very happy with the back, delt, and direct Tri work today , so just need to continue the search

Food prep sorted for tomorrow, two meals left today.

Rest day tomorrow after a good weekend of training

Loving the new clothing drop from TBJP Clothing. Loads of new T-shirt designs coming, and perfect timing for spring 🙌🏻

    Hi Fortis,

Given your answers to my questions, I think an upper lower is the way to go too

You seem well switched onto the philosophies, so imagine you have made good use of the educational videos

Let us know when / if you want a set up reviewing mate.

What does body parts not recovering that we’ll look like?

A drop off in progression, or soreness?

How long have this set of movements been running for with progression?

    Have you utilised deloads?

Have you rotated movements once stalled?

Very good leg session today, bog steps on everything, and knees very much doing as they’re told

Two meals left tonight, then it’s upper tomorrow, so hoping for a good sleep

Lower tomorrow, upper on Sunday to get stuck into

One meal left later this evening and aiming for a long sleep to play catch up after a long working week,

If your legs genuinely outweigh your upper (we’d love to see pics to give our views) I’d probably lean to PPL so you can put more focus into your need to develop upper – you don’t need the high frequency on your legs, again, if genuinely they are way ahead.

Really good pull session tonight, I’ve really stripped the sessions back and strength is climbing quickly

    Shrug
    Barbell row
    Low pulley row
    Pulldown
    Cable curl

One meal left tonight, food sorted for tomorrow, rest day and then into lower / upper over the weekend

I’m with Ryan mate, yoga mat or airtex pad to see if the pressure release helps, if it doesn’t, one variable eliminated!

Push day today, and as basic as it gets

Only four movements with higher number of sets as these allow me to work without any discomfort, and that’s what I need right now to progress.

Just sorted tomorrow’s food prep, I have one meal left tonight, new look pull session tomorrow, and then rest on Friday

    Hi Tobi,

In addition to the question about your diet, what training split are you running, how long have you been doing so, and the current set of movements?

How long has progressed stalled for?

Very good leg session this evening, progressed nicely on everything, knees being good, very happy I’m keeping it all moving

Sorted food prep, just about to tuck into my last meal, then it’s sleep time

Push session tomorrow, it’s modified to work with shoulder and elbow “fun”, but, hoping this is going to give me the answer for the next x weeks

No chest machine in my gym. Was thinking of swapping out flr a cable press or even a fly ?

Do you have a smith as an option mate?
