Pull session boxed off. Really good one this evening, enjoyed the extra volume the pull sessions bring.
Back and sorted food prep, about to get my supps and last meal and then get to sleep
Push tomorrow!

Rest day for me today to start the week.
Looking forward to getting into my PPL / UL split again after a disrupted few weeks.
Pull tomorrow to get it all moving. All supps and meals prepped, about to have my last meal now and then sleep

Very good lower session today. Nice jump in strength, but a really good development on the leg press that now gives me three options I can get after.
Resting tomorrow, and then after three disturbed weeks, I can get back to my preferred rotation
Just about to get my last meal and then it’s bed all over again

Hi mate
I think finding something to keep you accountable is going to be the key.
It’s so easy to put it off.
There’s some pretty good apps now that you can tailor a routine around that might help

Really enjoyed today’s upper session. Movements went very well, highlight being a little extra load going on the presses which is a nice win around the bicep injury.
Enjoyed the Olympia coverage so far, excited to see how it lands
About to sink my last meal and then sleep. Lower tomorrow 🙌🏻

@Maddy Lulu-Belle Daniel I think has been managing a similar issue on hacks… over to you Maddy!

Rest day today. It’s been a very long week, but that’s how I like it.
Upper tomorrow and lower on Sunday.
Obviously Olympia weekend which is very exciting!
Hoping Ry gets his 3peat in men’s physique!
Off to get my last meal, then sleep time

Hi mate
If you’re short of movements, and you want multiple different sessions, it can be a way of creating a point of difference between session 1 and session 2
There will be an amount of personal preference , but there can be a real benefit to getting strong across rep ranges, so a really good approach for lots of people

Lower day done, and very happy with that!
Working with some slower deeper reps on leg press ti make sure my knees don’t kick off, but definitely working for me, both from a comfort and a development perspective
Rest day tomorrow and then into upper / lower over the weekend
About to sink my last meal and then sleep

Hi Tobi,
As Sas says, this can be variable from person to person, and a rate limiter can be your digestion.
I personally do like to lean on the higher side of protein intake.
What have you tried and what do you get on well with?

Very pleased to get back in the gym today after two days rest, and a really really good upper session
Lower tomorrow, then upper/lower again Saturday and Sunday, and then finally back to my routine split after three weeks of disruption
Food prep is all done, just about to have my pre-bed supps and my last meal and it’s sleep time
-
And that reminded me why I hate London! I am not designed for city living.
Long day, back and on with food prep whilst my last meal cooks, then an early night before upper tomorrow
I’ve had two days rest so expecting to feel super fresh and ready to rock

Much like the rest of the gang, I don’t think there’s a right and a wrong here.
As long as you are consistent, take the approach you most get excited about getting stuck into .

Rest day today, and the same tomorrow
I’ve got to head to London for the day with work, which is near enough worst case scenarios for me!
About to cook my last meal, then it’s sleep time
