Hi mate
The link isn’t working for me.
Can you post on IG and share your handle ?

Good push session this afternoon, really enjoyed it and my shoulders were being well behaved!
Resting now tomorrow before legs again on Tuesday
Been a very busy weekend but couple of hours now of chill before my last meal and sleep

Yep, with the rest of the team here, get after all of it mate, and think a move to full body is a good idea.
You’ve got the educational videos on here, and Jordan’s YouTube to help you understand the thinking behind the full body set up.
Get those watched, have a go at building some sessions, and share with us to critique if there’s anything you are unsure of.

I think a video would be helpful mate, I’m struggling to understand why this is such a problem.

With Nath here mate – it’s not possible to offer suggestions until we know what you’re asking/looking for.

Really good leg session this evening.
Staying on the high rep work and introduced a couple of muscle rounds and rest pause sets
Push session tomorrow, one feed left this evening and a good sleep coming up 🙌🏻

I personally would want a squat movement in there, be it a unilateral as you’ve suggested, or a bilateral such as a hack or smith.

Hi Toni, it sounds like it was ok for the set on 122.5kg?
Hey Rich, it wasn’t really, it still didn’t feel comfortable but last time I somehow got through it, it also doesn’t feel comfortable on the bar alone and the warmups too…Shoulder mobility also ain’t the problem as much as I checked..Im thinking it must be because the machine is angled (LifeFitness Smith) but honestly I don’t know…
Obvious question…. Have you tried it both ways? -
Please post your sessions in the question Jason, rather than the link.

You don’t have any pressing in the second upper session. I would have something in there, even if it’s a high incline to accommodate shoulders as well, as you have no shoulder press variation
-
I like this too mate. See how you go with the bicep volume, you will likely be able to handle more, but if you progress well on a single set, save to volume
should i swap any of the tricep exercises to bias the long head more or should i keep the selection i have
Totally agree with Oscar, I’d want a pushdown and an overhead variation -
Really good pull session this evening, everything moving nicely
Looking forward to legs tomorrow, but a very very busy day, so looking forward to getting an early night this evening
One meal to go

Have a rest day in the middle Tobi.
