Thanks Adam, as you guys know posts like the above are never a boast, we are the most unflashy people ever , today I have on my Asda trackies, flip flops I got free and one of my t shirts lol . It’s literally about progress. If we can make progress in business, education, physique – then there is absolutely no reason than everyone else can’t too. I can talk more about business stuff in this log and if people have questions that I can help them with their own growth then that would be a fun topic too, but we can maybe create another thread for that? Is that something people would find useful ? ( again not at all trying to make out I know enough to be some kind of business guru , it makes me chuckle how many of those there are on ig, first everyone was a trainer , then a business guru ) , but if I can help even with just doubts/ confidence , then I will. On a side note, Mark Coles is legit very smart when it does come to business in the fitness world, he built m10 and manages a huge team of staff and clients. He is someone to go to if you do want to actually invest in depthy help for your business, he always helps me when I’m stuck

That is definitely true, I think I have seen you in those trainers with the squashed backs when doing legs for years haha 🙂
I think a thread like that would be an awesome idea, a lot of people including myself would learn so much just from listening and reading it. looking forward too it 🙂

So right now a big goal is trying to work out how to take the brand from being a 7 figure company which we are now to an 8 figure company in the next couple years, which is a big ask when your totally just figuring stuff out as you go , but I have absolutely no doubts at all in my mind it’s something we can do!
WOW that’s very impressive! Seeing it all unfold for the very start has been v inspiring. Fair Play to you and Corinne. Hard work certainly pays off.

Could you also give us an idea of where estrogen levels should be for optimal performance and recovery? Thanks James
Brendan you will laugh.. I have no idea.. I’m the guy who let’s the professionals read my bloods. I’m not even the slightest bit interested in being able to read them. I’m happy being the guy who eats the chicken and lifts the weights. I here people to do that side. I honestly just like to get the results checked by a pro .. they tell me what needs amending and I tackle the situation.. I’m a bodybuilder in y2k eyes.. i stay in my lame and focus on being the best I can at that. it’s very new school that people can read bloods and it’s good that they can but I’m affraid I’m old school as fuck. I still write my doet on paper with a pen.. I still do my morning cardio steady state… I still try to eat as much as I can … I’m too simple really and never have cared for reading my own bloods
I hope my honesty isn’t a problem .. one thing I’ll never do is pretend I know things I don’t. I owe you guys more than that

Lol no problem JamesI’d rather you be honest then give me a bullshit answer lol. Do you know what your ester levels were though? And what about shbg? How would you go about lowering shbg levels?
Honestly can you stop littering everyone’s threads with the same questions.. I must have one into all of the pro logs and seen your exact same questions. If you have things you need answering you can start your own thread in the forums and people will help you. People don’t want to have to sift through all your constant questions to get back on track with what he Pro’s are doing. We come here to read and learn on what each Pro is doing not a Q & A.

What’s up guys! Ok so little tip from me. And this is great all year round so it’s useful when on prep or on off season.
Get your self a white board to write your means on. How many times have you been prepping meals and had to stop to check your phone to see what weight of oats or chicken or whatever it is your prepping?? … if it’s there on your white board it’s so easy to refer to and doesn’t slow prepping down.
Thank me later .. check out my white board in the pic
I’ve recently put one on the wall in my kitchen. No more trying to find out where the scrap bit of paper with the cooked weight on it went. Life saver 🙂

Rest day today, feel like I’ve been hit by a bus today so rest day has come just in time. Weight at 113.7kg, will add new diet below, going to calculate the cals out of interest because i feel like shit lol so it must be low. Not really sure if I’ve progressed this yr, not massively happy with how i look so if things don’t change then it’s back to.the drawing board. The plan was to compete in oct but i want to be competive so il assess as i go. I think i have a good enough eye to tell whether i can be competive or not.
Keep your head up and in the game mate. We all go through these times in prep especially when there’s external factors which we can’t prevent. like you say, as you get leaner you’ll have a better understanding of how you’ll look and if you’ve progressed in the right areas. If not then there’s always another show not too far away 🙂

So some thoughts over the last few days and making note of my last post about the poor food inTurkey.
You know me, I like to be positive and always try and see the glass half full.
So analysing my last post and knowing how today’s culture is particularly fuelled by a social media driven society I think it’s a lot easier to be negative towards something or somebody.
How many times do you find yourself critiquing someone’s post on Instagram against actually praising them on the look and hard work.
I’d guess for most the answer would lean toward the negative.
I’ve come away on holiday and moaned about the food, MAN you know I like my food and it’s importanter for my muscles haha BUT some people don’t even get a holiday and some people don’t even have the chance to eat.
The last few times I’ve seen homeless people I’ve actually been to the shop and bought them a meal deal because another thing I think people can do far to easily is judge others far too easily.
So next time you moan and this is a prompt for me too, just take a moment to think what you have actually got, take in the surroundings around you, look what you’ve built and stop thinking and moaning about the things you haven’t got, yet
I take the view that there’s always someone worse off and we should be very thankful for the position we’re in.
So I consider my hand slapped for moaning and will make a conscious effort to remember what’s above
Life’s what you make it guys – stay positive
Completely agree with this. it’s so easy to look at the negatives and not focus on the positives especially with the social media. This is something I am trying to change within myself massively as I have always had a negative outlook on things and its impacted massively on my mental health.
looks like you’ve had a wicked holiday, enjoy the last bit of Sun 🙂

Hey adam !
Thanks for your reply. It seems a lot of people have issues with their knees in some way, but also find their way back into sport. (Which keeps me up going and try to find my way)It’s like you say, I actually try to find exercices that dont cause any pain and try to stick to them.
Free movements are a pain in the arse tbh, but legpresses in any constelation, pendulum squats, leg extensions seem good to go.We just have to be careful and if pain occurs, shy away from everything that causes this and work around, as you say. That seems to be the way to go.
How long after surgery your knee felt “normal”? I know it never gets as good as before, but I still feel 2 months post surgery sometimes the entry points, were they got into my knee.
It’s taken quite sometime for it to feel normal but I think a lot of it is down to the mentally not allowing to push it and see. I had the operation and then went straight into a prep which its safe to say was not ideal for leg size ha

Good Morning Guys, just finished 25 mins fasted cardio. Just about to cook Meal 1. Weight is 89kgs this morning. Got work most of the day then planning to hit some push late this afternoon. What times do you guys usually tend to get in the gym?
About 7/half 7pm for me after a long day at work, home to see kids and then head to the gym 🙂 I used to go straight from work at 5:30pm but new gym is super busy so hang on a little bit.

Just sat and read the entire thread 🙂
Good to see you recovering well after the surgery! I know how you feel as I have also had knee surgery. I tore my ACL and meniscus so had surgery in 2014 to repair it, at the same time they shaved the back of my knee cap. They were concerned that if I may need a complete knee reconstruction :O luckily I haven’t had that yet lol.
it still plays up sometimes now and then but I just shy away from anything that causes it discomfort and work around it.
