I see. That makes it a lot easier to understand, thank you.

I do have it at the very end of my day already, after everything else as adductors seem to be a very strong point for me already.
-
I was working in a pretty low rep range (got 5 in that last session), but I still had 2 plates pinned on with a pause in the fully lengthened position so I would have to do way too many reps for it to be really worth it for me.

Thanks for the feedback, I always have some sort of hinge in my lower workouts so I’ll just need to play around a bit with a leg press.

Much better today, took 40lbs off and it looks a lot better too me, if a bit too light even. -
Perfect, I’ll record my working set tomorrow and reduce the load a bit. Can you please expand on what you mean by my hips and ribs in line?

I can’t answer the question at all, I’m just here to give you massive props for going through this journey and keep on pushing it! You’re doing great

Today was my first day back in trying legs, kept it very easy (and will for another 2-3 sessions as you recommended) but it’s a promising start and upper body still felt very good
-
Alright, thanks for all the feedback!

I gave it 2 days at least, are you guys suggesting stopping training completely for a few days or just stop lower body for a few? Was still able to progress all upper body work yesterday so I feel like it’s a waste to not continue that at least

Alright, try to band it or how would I load/progress that to better bias the hamstrings? Thinking band would be best option but that would make it easier in the lengthened position while they operate on the descending limb
That was a bad word dump, but looking at the hyper extensions rn I don’t think I’ll even be able to band them as the bottom part which I’d wrap it around stops at a weird place, so is SLDL every session my best bet?
