Love test + npp or deca since it’s offseason I have preferred to go with deca since you get more “bang for buck” but I do prefer npp overal. When at a sticky point and food is already very high I have found throwing in tren for a short period of time to “clean up” and blast through a strength stall to be VERY effective .

Hey Jordan just a question about your cycles right now. Since your only doing nandrolone, if you were to get bloods done what reading would you expect to see for your testosterone?? Would you expect to see a very low number?

I am pro fat from wake to training , first carbs are intra carbs .
Steps have slowly crept up over the six weeks ( I have listed that prior ) , I ran 2600 again this week. And my weight has ended 281 , I did expect to drop to 278 , but I visually look better , skin is thinner.
So this next week will jump my steps to 3100 because of the Deload in training .
Once I come out of the Deload I will drop my steps back to the 2600 mark , as they don’t need to go over 3000 yet with weight where it is. I don’t need to be there until I’m at 275 and under imo .
Drugs are still 400mg nandrolone / day, no adex, caber , proviron , just nandro. I have no plan to alter this until I’m maybe 265 ish and pretty lean
Gh 5 iu / day
My plan is to run my highest intensity training for 4 weeks again after this Deload , during that first couple weeks won’t adjust cals down or steps up , I imagine in the second couple weeks will need to lower some fats and creep steps again , but will update that as I go.

Wow those are some pretty low steps mate!! Mine are currently at around 11,000-15,000… and this is really without even trying… just going about my day and doing my cardio… how do you manage to have such low steps!?!? Do you literally not move all day besides when you are training??

Not common to fake pharma T3 I think, but it’s not fakes I would worry about it’s more the UGLs not properly dosing. Just find a source you trust 100%

Anything as long as it’s a legit pharma brand, T3 is T3 so you can choose any as long as it’s actually real

Imo T3, as well as anti estrogens is one thing I would avoid getting if it’s not pharma. The dosing is so small in mcgs and even if he’s T3 is legit “I doubt with his reputation” having fluxation in dosages of T3 is something you reallllyyyy do not want
Is there a certain brand of T3 you’d recommend?? I was thinking Tiromel T3 or uni pharma T3??

What would you guys recommend for a “substitute “ for ansomone right now as it’s out of stock from my supplier? He’s got genotropin and humatrope but I’m very iffy about it as I’d feel like those would be faked a lot more then hygetropin -

We may drop drugs slightly due to timescale but the plan right now is to add weight and recomp so we’re heavier in the same if not better condition.
Weight as of this am was 293 down 2lb after food increase so today I’ve had another dominos to set me right.
