Been a few weeks, going to try to log a bit more regularly again. Sitting at around 84kg ish in bodyweight. Process since I last posted has been very much the same. My training ability is significantly better since being under Kuba and my strength is also at a very good place. My strength is sitting at around an all time high on pretty much everything and with better execution.
Still on upper/lower/rest, had upper yesterday and I’ve got leggies today.

Been a while. Reverse diet is going well, body weight has come up a bit nicely and lift progressing is moving extremely well. Very intrigued to see where things go in coming months.
Had some adjustment to my sessions but all very good ones. Time to really to to work.

Weighed in the lightest yesterday of all my cut at 79.6kg. 18.4kg/40.5Ibs down from where I started it in February.
Very happy with the drop mice that Kuba has bumped some of my cals up so excited to start progressing up weight and see where I can get some of the lifts to go.

Been back on cut again post holiday following a short diet break.
Down to 80.2kg this morning which is the lowest I’ve been, the day of my holiday I weighed in at 80.5kg.
Should be able to drop sub 80s prior to going back up again!

Had a bit of a mental couple of days at work, working back to back 14hour shifts but I still found the time to train and get the steps in.
80.7kg this morning and the lowest thus far. 17.3kg down since the start of February. Couple more days to really push and see where I can drop my weight too.

82.3kg this morning. Weight to continues to drop and training performance is holding to a decent standard. I have noticed around certain shifts I do my weight changes around a bit more. Yesterday I was 83kg on the dot to going straight into a new low on this cut today. But I guess thats the joys of a change in shifts and eating times and just about everything else. The weight is dropping and dropping well.

82.5kg this morning and the lowest thus far. 2 weeks to really push on what’s left to lose. Aim is to get sub 80kg in that time which I believe to be more than doable.

Newest low this far this morning at 83.5kg, 14.5kg down since the start of February. I’ve still been able to maintain training to a good standard, particularly focusing on the intricacies under the advice from Kuba.
Lower and biceps today then 2 days rest as I am in Liverpool for 2 days to celebrate the end of the season, also means I have the joy of not working night shifts for once.

New low this morning at 84.1kg. Weight is coming off nicely and my strength is holding okay. Looking forward to coming down a bit more in the next 4 or so weeks then cracking on with a gaining phase from the end of June.
I always respond exceptionally well when coming out of a cut into the phase from both a strength perspective and a performance perspective as my energy sky rockets

Everything seems to becoming together fairly nicely. New bodyweight low this morning at 85.6kg and i suspect this to drop some more in coming weeks.

Things are progressing rlly nicely under Kuba. Intricacies of training is improving session on session and bit a new bodyweight low yesterday morning at 86.4kg. Still got a fair few weeks to go on the cut too.
As previously mentioned the most challenging thing is working stuff around the unpredictability of being a response police officer in Camden but we have been figuring that out rather well and stuff is moving well.
Upper/low/rest still remains the split with the exception of an added rest day post my last night shift of my added set to allow me to reset my sleep schedule as I only sleep 3 ish hours or so after this shift and then treat the rest of my day as normal as I can.
For context I usually 6 shifts on and 4 days off with this being 2 early shifts, 2 late shifts followed by 2 night shifts. This week it’s 7 shifts on with 3 days off with there being 3 night shifts rather than 2. So I am unable to keep a set routine day in day out but I do my best to keep a set routine around the shifts that I do and try to approach those shifts in the same way each set.

Tad MIA last couple of weeks. Been pulled from pillar to post with work. Still on u/l/r and I’ve started to managed adapting to what Kuba has me doing in terms of meals around my woke shifts.
Anyone who does shift work, particularly in emergency services will understand the tendency for things to go very very fucking wrong a lot of the time. So spent a lot of time figuring out getting meals in around the unpredictable nature of my work. I very much intend to prove this point that things can still be done around this.
