Seems a little flat pressing focused. I’ve seen the most results with a mid and high incline. Also maybe switch goblet squat out with some thing that would be more of a load like a hack squat or leg press.

Run the program you have written for a few weeks and just swap out exercises as you see fit. Your headed in the right direction.

Give credit where due, his nutritional beliefs are on point.

I did the volume thing like Mike advocates for years and didn’t see much in results. JP’s style made me a believer in about three months. Actually annoys me that I waited so long to actually adhere to those principles.

One thing I started was rotating leg days where I start with hams first quads second. Next leg day quads first hams second. I needed to prioritize hams and they aren’t gassed when I do them first. The results have been great.

I really like Slingshot X Sleeves. For some reason they smell great. Must be the glue….

Maybe. You might also have a more straight leg. Have you recorded your form since?

I’ve had zero calves forever and made them a priority the last 6 months.
    Monday 6-9, 10-15 Seated
    Wednesday-4RP Standing
Saturday-210 Second set on the Hack Machine. Jordan talks about that method and it’s brutal.
May sound odd but this has without a doubt added size to my calves. Never taken a light week and pound them.

I’ve used Juggernaut for two meets then Josh Bryant for one. Josh’s, for me, yielded best results but it will nearly kill you. Also Josh Bryant trained Chad Wesley Smith for years.

I used ISSA just for my own enjoyment, I’m not a trainer. They are as much as you make of them if you just need a certificate in order to train at facilities. Honestly I’ve learned more here that is actually applicable.

I’ve found the best for me is to cut 500 at a time and assess weekly.

Personally if I want to focus on the back I rack pull from just below the knee and utilize a 4 second eccentric. When I pull from the floor I focus on hamstring stretch and it’s a little less explosive/aggressive than the rack pull. Just some thought.

I think in drug tested federations you definitely have potential.

I like smith Machine pull-ups with you feet on a bench in front of you. Easy to control the eccentric. Dusty Hanshaw has demonstrated these a couple of times. Absolutely destroys my lats.
